was browsing through your son's website and I couldn't help but be
touched. :*)I am a mother myself, to a 4 year old son. And everything
you (Tom and Jennifer) say as parents are true. They are only our
children and you will never know when will their real "father", God will
take them away. They day that God only lent our children to us. And one
day, in HIS own time he may get them from us. I am so much impressed how
brave your son is. We have a church here that anyone can light a candle
for a petition. A lot of people say that candlelight is good for the
soul. Rest assured you are in my prayers, especially for dear BEN. :)

Hi! I am
formally from Charleston, West Virginia and I have been following your
story for awhile now. I worked in a law firm that received a fax about
Big Ben--it was from the Charleston Police Dept. regarding donations. I
now live in Mechanicsville, Virginia. I pray for your family daily. I
know that as a Christian, we do have to believe and have Faith.
Sometimes, having Faith is the hardest thing to do in situations like
yours. You and your wife are to be admired. I know you have a hurt that
noone could ever understand, yet you both stand strong and keep your
eyes on Jesus. What an example you are setting for your children. Noone
knows what the future holds, but I know that whatever happens, Ben will
be with his parents again--in Heaven. Oh, what a day that will be when
we all see Jesus. I get blessed just thinking about it. Anyways, I have
told my father-n-law about your family. He is a Nazarene pastor here in
Virginia. He has spread the word and the prayers are going up for your
