Tom, I
grew up with you in Altizer. My mother mentioned to me the story about
your little boy. My wife and I have been reading your web page and
checking on updates for Ben. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
He is such a courageous little boy and you two are remarkably strong. I
am in the Air Force now stationed in Guam. I only wish I could be closer
to help you with any projects around the house. I truly hope that our
childhood friends are helping you in this time of need. Give the little

Family, Just got finished reading your newest update and am so glad I
did. Eli's simply put message is a great reminder for those of us that
get caught up in the here and now. He is truly wise beyond his years. I
hung Ben's picture you sent me on my door at work and am constantly
being asked who that ADORABLE boy is! I hope Tom and "his boys" had fun
making the t-shirt. (and I hope it was MESSY fun, too!) Keeping you in

& Jennifer, I have been coming to Bens web site everyday to see how he
is doing. I am so thankful for your words each day. Your faith has made
my faith grow stonger. Isnt it amazing how God uses someone else to
teach us lessons. I truly believe that God is not finished yet. I
believe he has a plan for little Ben's life that is going to impact a
whole lot of people. Im sure it already has. I also believe that little

guest book, I do check everyday for a update. So glad to hear that you
all have Hospice to help you all. We had Hospice in when Mom was sick.
They sure helped me out a lot, they were also there for me if I needed
help or just to have someone to talk with. I know it is a difficult
time. I know what I went through with my Mom and Aunt Jenny having
Cancer. But God does have a plan for everyone. I hope you all have a

To the
Bowen Family, I have checked your website regularly for quite a while,
but never written. I just wasn't quite sure of what to say. We live
about 20 miles outside of Huntington, but my family has much more in
common with yours. My niece, Mckenzie, was also a patient at St. Jude
after being diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma in January
of 2003. Mckenzie won her battle against cancer and is living in heaven
now. I just wanted to say that my family and I pray for you and little
Ben daily, you are always in our thoughts. God bless you all.

I am
Praying for you`re little boy, My Nephew Sean has been in Pittsburgh
Childrens Hospital since August 10th. He is on life support and in a
coma, they do not know what is wrong with him he has some brain damage a
long with other problems. His mom and dad heve been by his side every
since he has been in the hospital, and the bills are enormmous as you
very well know. So I will add Ben to my Prayer list and you`re whole

You all
don't know me, but I saw the segment on WSAZ about your family and
haven't stopped thinking about you all since. I visit the website daily
to see how Ben and all of you are doing. Your story has re-reminded me
of what is important in life. I have two children 4 and 18 months, often
I look at them playing together and think of Eli and Ben and stop and
say a prayer for them. I pray everyday for your family and that God's
will is done and his strength is with you. God bless you all during this
difficult time and thank you for helping me reprioritize my life.
