daughter Lauren attends Chesapeake Elementary and she came home so
excited about meeting Ben's grandparents at the recent funraiser the

SOOO good to see you all at dinner tonight. Ben looks so wonderful and
Eli is such a joy. Thank you for sharing our anniversary with us-even
though it wasn't planned. We are so thankful that you all had such a
good trip to Disney. Tell Eli we loved his stories and tell Ben we will
always treasure his "hand shake". Your story of Eli seeing Hanna in the

Ben and family, I have been following your progress for a while but have
never left a message. Because of a very special friend who is a patient
at St. Jude, I have accumulated a list of "friends" from St. Jude whom I
check in on regularly and pray for each day. You are all constantly in
my thoughts. My husband, Phillip, and I were discussing your journey
tonight and we wanted to let you know that we live in a suburb of
Memphis and are available to help you in any way when you come to St.
Jude next week. We would love to treat your family to a meal if you have
the opportunity. Phillip is also fighting the beast we know as cancer.
He was diagnosed with CML almost two years ago and is doing very well
right now. I wanted to let you know the words and thoughts that you have
shared on this site have inspired and challenged me in so many ways.
Your unwavering faith and full trust in our Father is humbling to me.
