I am a
friend of the Reeds in Marshall MO. I have been reading your website
daily for the past 3-4 months. As I read I pray that God gives your
family strength and wisdom with each issue that you face. Our God is an
awsome God and I give him praise and thanks for your family and what a
blessing reading your journey has been to my life as a christian.
Everyday your little boy reminds me that God is in control and has a
reason and plan for all of our lives. As I read your updates not knowing
you personaly i have to say that the two of you are a blessing to all,
the christian life that you walk is the foundation for your children and
from this side looking in your foundation is strong enough to endure all

Dear
Bowen Family, I've prayed for Ben. This past Thanksgiving I was
diagnosed with a brain tumor. They were able to get the majority of it
too. It was classified as "atypical." God has been so good to me and He
given me a speedy recovery, and todate there has been no sign of any
re-growth. My prayers are with you guys, and I'm so thankful that we can
trust that God's got our back in all situations and we can totally trust
Him. Don't be afraid to express all emotions; He understands. God bless.

know me but I got introduced to this site last October when a 5 year old
student of mine was diagnosed with brain cancer. She is doing
wonderfully now but I have continued to follow several og the children
on this site with Ben being one of those. I have not felt lead to
respond until now but I just want you to know that people all over the
world are praying for Ben and your family. I can tell that you are so
courageous and that your faith has remained strong. Remember that God is
still in control and his will WILL be done. God bless you all and you

Ben has
brought me closer to God with his story. God will do what is right for
Ben. Have trust in the Lord is what I was taught. He will do what is
right. It may not be in our best interest, but rather in Ben's best

Sounds
like a great weekend. A great start to a rough week. I wander and ask
Why Ben!? You’ll have to admit he has taken this journey better then
most adults. He is one tough little man. I am hoping and praying for no
tumor period when the CT scan is done. I know there is no medical
reason. But I believe and I sure believe in Gods miracles. Look how
gracious he has been to your family. Ben’s journey isn’t over until Ben
says so or God decides. Until then. 93792 times your site has been
visited, anything is possible with some prayer and faith. Don’t doubt
the love and prayers sent to TN. Distracted, NO. Concerned, very much
so. Focused?? Without a doubt. Your material needs will be met. Some how
some way they will be met. There is no need taking the time to worry
about that kind of stuff. God provides. And so do friends. With you
tomorrow in prayer for day 2 of the radiation journey. Focused and

and Tommy, Your faith and trust in God both amazes and inspires me. It
is obvious that the Lord is giving you incredible grace during this most
difficult time in your life. God is good. Why Ben? Why you two, who are
so faithful to the Lord? I don't have the answers to that. Wish I did.
But I just keep being reminded that His ways are not our ways and His
thoughts are not our thoughts. He is still in control and He still has a
plan. Nothing is a surprise to Him, and His love for us is unimaginable.
I'm praying for all 4 of you - continued grace and physical strength for
you 2, healing and relief from pain for sweet baby Ben, comfort and
understanding for adorable little Eli, and ministering angels to
