I am so
humbled - a friend of mine forwarded this to me today, and it takes me
back 27 years this past June to my twins' premature birth, losing my son
the next day, and my daughter who struggled with death and overcame it
99 days later. She is today multiply handicapped but survived. I started
with your first page and have lived through every day with you, the ups
and downs, the strong faith...I am so humbled by your strength in the
face of adversity with Ben and your heavy struggles. Actually, you have
uplifted me today, as we just found out last week that my husband has
been diagnosed with congestive heart failure (enlarged heart, lung fluid
and all the other scary related stuff with his breathing). I'm strong in
the Lord and pray for his healing and am in a state of wondering what
God has in store for us. But, by reading your's and Hana/parents'
struggles, I know we have no idea what God has in store for each of us,
but He carries us in His plan, whether we understand it or not. You've
touched lives you don't even know

Bowen Family. We are members of Jeff & Heather McIlrath's church and
read about your charming Ben on Alethea's website. We wanted to let you
know that we will pray for Ben and your entire family. Also, here is one

description of wisdom as 'lack of confusion' is a wonderful definition.

Ben, I
saw you and your daddy at the Promise Keepers Conference in Memphis, TN
in July of 2004. Your story really hit home for me. You see I have a
little boy your age (Seth) and I am a police officer. When I got home
from Promise Keepers, I held Seth and we said a prayer for you. I hope
that one day we could hook up with you guys and go to a ball game or
something. We love you and you are in our prayers. May GOD lay his
healing hands upon you and keep you safe.

Wanted
you to know that I am praying for Ben everyday. I first heard about him
when Tom was going to be a guest speaker at Lehigh Valley YFC's banquet.
Now we are starting to get a small idea of what you have gone through.
Yesterday the eye doctor noticed pressure behind our 11 year old son
Caleb's eye and requested an immediate MRI and viewing by a Neurologist.
We are headed tomorrow am for CHOP to see a Pediatric Neurologist as
they found abnormal tissue in the Cerebelum area . Scary...I have been a
Christian for 30 years and your faith inspires me. My girlfriend..and RN
said don't borrow trouble and take one day at a time. Just want you to
know your faith...and sometimes your mention of periods of wavering have
been a help to me and I am sure lots of others out there. Kiss Ben and
