Dear
Ben&Family, My name is Natalie & your story has touched me very deeply!
One reasion being that my little cousin Shelly died when we were 7years
old of a brain tumor & I have never been able to forget what she went
through so I know that you are truly a brave little boy! I also have
2children,one of them is a boy Kaleb who is 14months & I think the 2 of
you would make great friends! Baby-Boy you are ALWAYS in our prayers and
our hearts! I pray for your healing as I would pray for my own children!

praying for Ben for many months. Ben's name was placed on my church's
prayer chain by his aunt, Judy Sentz. I continue to pray for you all,

am thinking of you tonight and praying that you are comfortable. I think
about Eli, your mommy and daddy a lot too and pray for them each day.
You have become almost like family to me. I pray God's angels are
surrounding all of you with peace and comfort. Ben, I am going to miss
you while I am on vacation... we leave on Wednesday morning and will be

Praying
for Ben and your family daily. Thank you for making my time with my boys
more precious (19 months and 3 yrs old). I know my boys would love your
family and get along great! Each day I thank God for my boys and their
health and ask God to wrap your family in His loving arms and keep all

I am glad
to hear Ben is in less pain. However, I am saddened to here about his
limited mobility and his secrection. I have, briefly, witnessed both
with Isaiah. I continue to pray for Ben and for a sign to be shown to
your family. It is wonderful that his personality is so strong that
through great odds it refuses to go away. Ben shows a great deal of
strength and persistency in refusing to give in to this disease. He
truly loves all of you tremendously to fight so hard. I know you are
very proud. Keep each mental picture close to your heart, nobody knows
when the end is near and no one knows who will be the first to go.
Continue to concentrate on today. He, and your family, are an immense
inpiration to me and so many others. I only wish I could do something to
ease his pain as well as your family's. I still find it difficult to
offer your family words of encouragement when I cannot fathom what it
means to be in your shoes everyday. Keep praying and continue to
believe. We do not know what limits we may all be tested.

I found
your website through another little boy's site that lives in our small
town. The lady who babysits for us while I teach kindergarten brought my
attention to it. I have a preschooler named Ben and a another little
boy, Brad, that is your Ben's age. I thought about your family last
night as I laid with my boys trying desperately to get them to fall
asleep. I have made the (what I did considered a )mistake of lying down
with them, telling stories and rubbing backs until they fall asleep. Now
they can not fall asleep on their own-- or choose not to. Anyway, after
reading your story and listening to Ben's Song, I now hold these moments
as dear and not as "time I could be using to get household chores done".
Please know that "your" Ben is in my thoughts and prayers each night and
you have held a mirror up, so to speak, letting me know that I should be
thankful for the down time and a messy house.
