Bowen, Eli and Ben, Your story is such an incredible vision of God's
love. Just seeing the pictures of Ben and Eli made me see Christ. The
obvious love and tenderness Eli has for Ben, the smile on little Ben's
face, it's like looking at angels together. I accessed your site through
Smitty's site. I bawled through "He's my son" and tried to put myself
into your shoes. You are all such an example of the strength that God
gives us through the trials of this world. I look forward to meeting you
when Christ takes us all home with Him one day. I will add you all to

been reading Ben's website for many months now and know acquaintances in
common with your family. Our church, The Buffalo Church of the Nazarene
has had Ben on our prayer list for many months. I, too, have advanced
cancer, although it is in remission right now and haven't always been
able to show the constant courage and joy for life Ben expresses to
everyone. He is a hero and true inspiration to anyone who sees his

goodness. We do not understand the why and when of healing, but believe
in its reality. Ben's smiles in the face of all that he has been through

When my
son Carter was diagnosed with ATRT last June, Ben's name and information
were the first things we could find out about the disease. I remember
sitting in the ICU room reading about Ben and what your family was going
through. I felt like we were friends even though we hadn't met. You gave
us courage. Today is one month since our Carter passed away. We were
blessed to finally leave the ICU and have him at home for two wonderful
months. As I read your entries now all I want to do is give you an
enormous hug. Your faith is still an inspiration to me and I will keep
my faith strong for Big Ben.

have made me realize even more how precious my little boys are. I lost
my own father to a brain tumor in 1995 and knowing your story has
allowed me to face it without a heavy heart. You have been a miracle for
