Jennifer, and especially Eli, It breaks my heart to know that Big Ben
has passed. You all have fought alongside of him with such courage. God
will be with you in the days ahead. I can't imagine what you are going
through...but I will pray that he brings peace to you and your family. I

sorry for you loss!!! Big Ben is in a better place, free of pain and

Family.....I have recently started to read Big Ben's website. From
reading this it seems like I have known you guys forever. Ben looks like
such a sweetheart and I truly believe that he is a fighter too. I have
just read that Big Ben's hand has been taken by God and he is now in
Heaven. At least we know he is comfortable there and that he will still
be watching over you guys. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers and
I want you to know that I will be praying for you. Thank you so much for
keeping up with the updates and please continue to let us know how your

I wish so
much I could find the words now to take away your pain but you already
know that our Father, the King of Kings is the greatest comfort you can
ever find. Bens time on this earth, although short, was profound. It was
not by accident that he was sent here. It was all in the Master plan. He
touched so many and will continue to do so and live on in the hearts of
thousands. God Bless your family and precious Eli. You will be in my

Dear Tom,
Jennifer and Eli, Words cannot express my sympathy. You are in my
thoughts and prayers. I know that Ben is in Jesus' arms at this very
moment and is suffering no more. A thought I had when Dad passed away
last year was that he was in heaven listening to the composers play all
his favorite classical music pieces for him. With Ben's love of Mickey,
I can't help but think of the joy he will have of meeting Mickey's
creator. I pray to God that he continues to give you the strength to
deal with this cross he has given you to bear. Ben will always be in our
hearts and watching over us from heaven. The courage Ben faced his
disease is a powerful message to all--we can face anything with God by
our side. He was truly God's angel at work here on earth and left all
who came in contact with him with a better understanding of faith. Eli,
you were such a terrific big brother and Ben will always in your heart.

I did a
search on Google for the latest Jesus stories... I found "Big Ben". My
wife and I lost our first daughter Tauxva to a brain tumour... she was
16 months old. We feel your pain and you are in our prayers. Our
relationship with God grew so much during our time with Tauxva and I see
that through Ben as he did with Tauxva; your relationship with Lord
seems to have grown. God bless you and Ben for the wonderfull gifts you
were able to bring using other peoples love and gifts. Our family's
prayers are with you. I only met Ben five minutes ago. I will remember

I signed
your guestbook a few weeks ago and started reading Bens page
daily--actually several times a day! I was fascinated about this little
boy! My niece was diagnosed in June 2004 with a very rare terminal
disorder and we have learned how precious life is. Her web page is

has overcome so many obstacles only thru prayer and God watching over
her. I am so thankful that God was with Ben and he is NO LONGER in pain
and suffering. I am saddened at his passing, and I know this is so hard

While in
West Virginia at Christmas time ( meeting my boyfriends parents for the
first time), I read a small article in the local paper about your son.
As a kindergarten teacher, I am naturally drawn to articles about and
involving children. Children are my daily inspiration, and your son was
no exception. When I returned home, I found your website, and I have
been reading it daily ever since. Although I find it hard to understand
why something so horrible would happen to a child, I find it inspiring
to read how Ben and Eli and your whole family handled the tough
situation. It has given me new hope. Hope that I pass on each day to the
18 children in my class. Ben goes on.
