Dearest
Bowens, I still check on you every day. I still carry you in my heart
everywhere I go. I just get so caught up in feeling sad for you that I
don't know what to say in the guestbook. I know you don't want people to
feel sorry for you, but it's just so hard not to. I miss Big Ben and I

What a
beautiful boy with a beautiful story. I was moved to tears as I read all
about Ben. I myself have a Benjamin who is also a very special child.(I
left his website above) He is my fourth and has been such a miracle in
our life. I admire your courage and hope but most importantly your
belief. I know that you will see your Ben again and he will be waiting

Just thinking of you, praying for a healing time at St. Jude's, a safe
trip home, and guidance for this next chapter of your life as God
unfolds his plans and thoughts for you. Also wanted to let you know the
Houston Ride (for Kids) raised about $208,000 for the Pediatric Brain
Tumor Foundation last weekend. Each dollar could be the one that leads

I stopped
in today just to check in and decided to look at some pictures. As an
outsider I thought maybe I could do it. Nope. As soon as I laid my eyes
on pictures of Ben, my heart broke and the tears fell. It is not my
child, nor anyone I really know, yet I could not understand why. Ben is
abosolutely gorgeous, you all already know that. Seeing his beatiful
little face and those huge knowing eyes.....it is hard. Please know I am

Jennifer, Hope all is well. I know this day is probably hard on Jennifer
and please know that I am praying for you. When are you coming home? I
tried to contact Angi and Taylor about the walk-a-thon but I haven't
heard from them. Can you help? I would really love for all of us to be
there. I haven't really got the word out as much as I had hoped but so
much has been going on. I had surgery this week and I am still
recooperating. Brian and I leave tomorrow to go back to St. Jude with
McKinley. Her surgery will be Wednesday morning. Pray for no new cancer.
