I am
praying for Ben during this round of chemo, asking that he be shielded
from the negative effects. I am praying for strength for the rest of you
as well. I am convinced that Ben's joyful disposition can only be the
result of the Holy Spirit dwelling within him; if only His presence
would be so obvious in all of us. I am believing with you. God is
setting the stage for an awesome display of His power.

I came
across your site today through a radio station's site. I happen to have
three children just a bit older than your Ben and I have to say that I
was incredibly encouraged by your story. I was so humbled by your
strength of faith. I am a Christian, but have been a bit weak as of
late. Raising triplets turning two can be tough, but you reminded me how
blessed I am. I pray that doesn't sound insensitive. The letter that you
all wrote about believing GOD brought me to tears. I will be putting you
all on the prayer chain at my church. By the way, we live in Memphis and
although I am not sure what my family could do for yours, please let me
know if there is something. We don't always know the why's of GOD, but
you are right that we can trust in HIS plan and HIS timing. Bless you
all for your choice to encourage others by your story. Thank you for
opening your life to others.

"He's My Son" on the radio and I had to find out the story behind the

Dear Tom
and Jennifer, I have been keeping up with you guys since you moved to
Memphis, but just didn't know what to say to sign the guest book. I
still am unsure, but you all are very heavy on my heart. My baby girl,
"Gaby" is one month older than Ben, and everytime I look at her playing
and laughing I think of Ben. I can't imagine the strength the two of you
have to have, and the strength of Ben to be able to endure all of this,
and still smile. I don't think I could do it. But, by God's wonderful
Grace He is giving you the strength you need. I pray for this every day.
I don't know what God's plan is, but I pray selfishly, I WANT A MIRACLE,
and nothing less. We struggled through five years of infertility, and
three cycles of in-vitro to get Gaby, and I take nothing for granted.
While we were going through all of this, one verse seemed to put things
in perspective. Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself in the Lord, and He WILL
give you the desires of your heart. This verse was so comforting to me
when I didn't know what our outcome

"Hero". We pray for him to get through these next few days without too
many problems. We'll continually pray to our Heavenly Father, in the
name of our Lord Jesus Christ, for Him to put a "hedge of thorns" around
Ben, and for God's angels to watch over and protect him. We pray for

watching WOWK news last night at 11pm and one of the lead stories was
the basketball game for Ben. There was nice segment and a live broadcast

Since we couldn't post, we prayed harder. There's 3 thoughts today.
1st=rest. Rest in the Lord & wait patiently for him. Trust in him & he
SHALL bring it to pass. 2nd=will. Healing was not only made available to
us through his broken body, it is his will that none of us be sick. How
can I know that -'thy will be done,on earth as it is in Heaven'. There
is no sickness in Heaven. 3rd=joy. The enemy knows if he steals your

and Jennifer Ben and Eli, You all are still in our prayers. I know this
may be a long shot but I was wondering if the doctor's have ever
mentioned anything like using stem cells from umbilical cords. I have
been receiving mailings from viacord which is a company that harvests
these cells at birth and they claim to use them to treat cancer and
research for other diseases. I don't know all of the details. I thought
I would ask because I hadn't thought much about the two mailings I got,
but for some reason I thought about Ben tonight. I hope you don't mind
