My
prayers are with your family and all the others family battling to save
the lives of their children. See my son was diagnosed with stage 2
Hodgkins disease. We found out the day before his 6th birthday. Prayers
and God's will saved my baby. We have had two clear scan's so far. I
wish I could do more for you and your family. We will pray each day for
Ben's recovery. I would also like to say hello and blow a big kiss for
Eli. It's not easy for the Brother or Sister. My daughter didn't really
know what to do. Eli you too are a very brave little boy. Take care and

I will be
praying for you guys Monday, to get the answer you have been praying for
on Ben's MRI. The conversation still sticks in my head that Jennifer and
I had in the medicine room one day. She told me that Ben would have his
MRI the day after Father's Day. I have not been able to get that
conversation out of my brain. I pray for Ben everyday, and know the Lord
has a special plan for him and his family. We love you guys!!

Hey you
all....just had some rare free time and wanted to pass along some
anecdotes from this past week. Sarah and I helped Mom move a bunch of
junk to the new house today and never before have I walked/slid/driven
through so much mud--in sandals, no less! Things are moving right along,
though. And things are going great at my off-campus site, too! (Lots of
hours!) Also I wanted to let you know that I've had a couple of
opportunities for brief spiritual conversations and showing God's love
to my co-workers and others in the past week. Despite my initial
hesitations, I remembered your all's passion to see God being glorified
in all circumstances and that was all I needed to step up for the Lord!
Thank you for clinging to Him and letting it show to all who meet you.

HAPPY
FATHERS DAY TOM! You are right, you are the luckiest man alive. You have
two beautiful boys and they have a strong, loving father who is teaching
them a love that their father is experiencing from his Heavenly Father.
A love of sacrfice, an unselfish love, a love with no conditions
attached, and a love that will sustain them the rest of their lives. I
pray as Ben & Eli grow that God will allow them to see what a true gift
they have been given in having not only an earthly father who loves them
beyond measure, but a Heavenly Father who loves them beyond any love our
minds could ever comprehend. Though many emotions flood your heart on
this Fathers Day, I pray you will be able to have a fun-filled day with
your sons and with Jennifer and that for just a little while the present
situations in your life will seem very small in comparision to what I
truly believe God has in store for you and your family. Please know that

dad to another, Happy Father's Day, Tom. You said it best in your update
- that no matter what, through the years, through all the heartaches,
tears, joys, triumphs, and everything else in between, we will always be
their dad - and nothing will ever change that. I thought of you
yesterday as I caught a glimpse of a backhoe and a bulldozer, and
remembered the good time we had "playing" in the dirt that afternoon.
One of these days, I see you with Ben and Eli doing the same - just some
guys playing in the dirt, having some fun. Happy Father's Day, with many
