Hey! Hey!
Masters
It's supposed to be hot here tomorrow so I thought a cold tasty treat
was in order!
Just stopping by to let you know I'm still storming those gates of
heaven as always and remembering that oh so important MRI tomorrow well
today ~~grins~~
I'm leaving 3 verses for your mommy and daddy as they have helped me
through our last 3 weeks.
Isaiah 43:2, "When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will
be with you."
Isaiah 40:29, "He gives power to those who are tired & worn out; He
offers strength to the weak."
2 Cor. 1:3, "He is the source of every mercy and the God who comforts
us." God is good, all the time.

Good
morning, So hard to hear of Taigen. Not only for his and his
family's sake but for you. It has to be so painful and discouraging.
We are not promised a world now free of pain until we see our Lord.
May His peace fill your hearts today to move our gaze from the
temporal to the eternal. Not a time to give up but to continue
seeking God's grace and mercy towards Ben and rejoicing in the
greatest gift of His promise. This life is but a vapor and we all
who know Him will spend an eternity with Him. I am praying that the
doctor's will be given wisdom and understanding in the treatment of
this disease. I had read last night of Solomon's wisdom that God had
bestowed upon him. God can give the doctor's the answer if it is
desire to do so. All things are possible. He created the laws of
nature and can suspend or alter them at His will. I am rejoicing in
knowing that Ben is in the hands of the Master,Creator, and
Sustainor of the universe.

The
schedule looks pretty busy for you guys today. We are praying moment
by moment today for great results from the MRI---actually for
complete absence of the tumor. Our faith is sustained so much by
your living testimony. As a 55-year-old woman, I have the advantage
of being able to pray often throughout the night and wee hours of
the morning; consequently, the war front of us older women allows
for round-the-clock prayer "warrioring." Our love is without end for
you guys; our belief in Him is joined strongly to yours.

I
have been following your story for a few weeks now and prayed for
you daily. I started with a niece of a friend and now have
13children on my list that I check on and pray for daily...until I
open a page and see another child in need then I just add them to my
list! I will pray that Ben's results come back positive and pray for
you both as you go through this difficult time. I can't say I know
how you feel but my heart breaks for all of you parents who are
going through this. My grandbabies are the ages of most of these
little ones and I can't imagine what it would be like to watch them
suffer. May God continue to hold you tight and may you keep
believing! (even when confused)

Bowens, I read the updates on little Ben weekly, and it so often
amazes me how much faith and strength your entire family holds,

Bowens!! It was great to see you today! I just wanted to let you
know how much joy and support you bring to so many people. Ben's
picture is up in Barry auditorium where I gave my talk today, and if
that isn't encouraging, I don't know what is! I pray that God
continues to fuel your hearts with love, as I see it everyday in
your faces. A comforting embrace means all the world to those who
are hurting, and what a blessing it is that you are always there for

Praise the Lord! Prayer is indeed powerful! How awesome that your
friends from So. America shared in bringing Ben before the Lord. We
won't let up on the prayer petitions---we're believing in absolute
healing for the little guy! Please tell Eli that we pray for him
everytime we lift Ben up---Eli is carrying a huge burden, too.

I am
so glad there are signs of improvement. When I read your story about
the Promise Keeper and the changes in Ben. Oh my I got goose bumps.
The good one. The power of prayer. If you didn’t believe. Well that
sure is a wake up call. HELLO God is in the house!! LOVE IT!! Sounds
like a long and stressful day hope the fun part of the day helped to
neutralize that stress. Still praying. Being thankful for the little
things and hopeful for the miracle that will free Ben. I pray for
Hanna and all the children at St. Jude. I am thankful for a place
where children can get help. But no child or family should have to
deal with such a monster. Keep making the time to have the much
needed fun time. We all need to play from time to time. Helps keeps

I was
going to the bank today and there is was in big letters. BEN BOWEN
FAMILY. In Eleanor. I turned around I didnt believe it. A car wash
at City National Bank in Eleanor for you guys. Well I came home and
emailed everyone I new and people I didnt even know. There better
not be any dirty cars in Eleanor the 31st of July. Hope you make a
bundle!!! Ben is a superstar. First the news then pictures with
famous people and now I see his name at the bank. Man.. When you got
it you got it. So handsome Ben and Eli are. Look out TN! :)

Well
I am sure you are sleeping alot better with the "stable" news. I
know I would be. Anyway just know that I am standing in the gap with
everyone praying for all these kids. They are sooooo very special in
their own ways. Well I am up trying and trying to pray without
ceasing but my mind is soooo full tonight just wanted to check on
all my kids and see how things went today. I am sorry I was soooooo
wrapped up in my own issues that I forgot to ask but I always know
where to look:)!!!!! Praying and Praying and Praying some more.....

so glad to read the news on bens mri and that ben is feeling much
better. i was crying when i read that past few journal entries and
it was great to smile when i read tonights. i love your little boy

sit here praising God for the good report from the MRI and the
wonderful news about Ben's symptoms since the Promises Keepers
Gathering, this song came to mind ... "We rejoice in the grace of
God, poured upon our (your) lives; loving kindness has come to us
because of Jesus Christ. We rejoice in the grace of God, our hearts
overflow; what a joy to know the grace of God -- What a joy to know
