Hi there.
I just started following Ben's story not that long ago. I found out
about it through a group I'm a part of called "Allie's Angels", I'm sure
somewhere down the line you've heard of our group. We've rallied to
raise awareness about childhood cancer in honor of Allie Scott, a
precious little girl who lost her battle with AML just one month ago
yesterday. What an amazing website and tribute to your son Ben. Your
faith and strength amazes me and I look forward to your updates each
day. I only wish and pray for more positive news. I will continue to
keep you all in my thoughts and pray for you.

I will be
at church Sunday morning at Buffalo Valley Missionary Baptist Church. I
wish I could come see Big Ben and your family, but I am teaching Sunday
School that morning. I will be sure to have the 4&5 year old class say a
prayer for your family that morning. What an awesome challenge!! I will
be praying that people will flood churches all over the nation (and
world) Sunday and start a personal relationship with our Lord and
Savoiur Jesus Christ!! I pray that a revival will start and go
throughout the land. I'll leave you with the words to a song we sing at
our Church Camp.."Ain't God good to give us so many blessing,

this and thought of Ben and Eli. While You Were Sleeping While you were
sleeping, I sat by your bed. I watched you as you smiled through your
dreams. I traced your perfect shell ear, Touched every curl On your

Dear
Bowen's, I have spent the past few hours reading the story of your
journey. I'm not sure how I could have been so out of touch as to not
know you were going through this. Welcome home. I plan to bring my
daughter Marina to church on Sunday. I want to help. How is the
waterline going? I know someone in this line of work (dozer, backhole,
etc.) who I believe would help if needed. Please let me know if there
are any needs I can help with. I know a lot of business owners and
managers and many are kind, caring souls, glad to help those who find
themselves in need. Let me know what is needed. Your faith is so
inspiring. I find that my emotions concerning your journey are so
strong, and varied, that I find it hard to find the words to say any of
the loving, encouraging, strengthening things I feel. Just know there is
yet one more person praying for Ben, for Eli, for you and Jennifer, and

sending prayers from Indiana. I found the Lord in 2000 when I was told i
had Breast Cancer. I tell everyone that Cancer has been my best friend.
Like your boys, I have learned to live just for today. Our dear Lord

Jennifer --- I just checked in and read your latest updates. I am glad
to hear that you are home and getting settled. I wish that I lived
closer and could hear Tom speak this weekend. As I have said before, you
both, Kerin and Mike and David and Tammy's words have been inspiration
beyond belief. You have definitely conveyed words of the LORD and a
human strength that I have never thought possible. If at all feasible,
please have someone add Tom's talk to the web page for those of us out
of state. I would love to hear it. Tom, you talk about the fact that
Ben's story is really bigger than all of this. Eli's words: GOD is

today, we are on the verge of a hospital stay, but we are fighting at

Hi Tom,
Jenn, Eli and Ben. It's early Saturday morning, and I wanted to send you
a quick note. When God brings you to our mind, or when we stop in and
visit the site, the feelings are overwhelming. It's really hard to
describe...(I've tried to write it here several times in the last hour,
and can't do it...so I will erase it, and not even try.) I wish we could
be there on Sunday, but it's not going to be possible. I think RCCC is
going to have a tough time finding seating for all the folks as it is.
Maybe they ought to have 4 services on "Ben-Sunday". We are still
believing in Columbus! Love you guys, Alan, Christy and Kensey P.S. I
