Jen, Eli,
and Big Ben, I have been checking the website every day or so for
updates so that I can pass them on to my church. Everyone keeps asking
about you guys and are praying relentlessly for Ben. Your faith is still
bringing inspiration to me as it did several years ago when I lived in
Huntington. You guys amaze me. Something I learned from Tom a long time
ago...God allows us to enter situations for specific reasons that only
can only be fulfilled according to his divine plan. He is using your
family in ways that are just amazing and He's not finished yet. You are
so right, this is much bigger than we can imagine! I am still believing
God for a healing for Ben. Love and Prayers, Roger

I found
out about Ben through a brain tumor support group, I teach religious
education for 2nd and 8th grades and long before my son got a brain
tumor every year I ask my students to bring in 1 dollar a week for St.
Judes , your story really got to me , I see his beautiful face and all
the beautiful faces of these children, your faith amazes me, I have so
many questions about God lately, but your story is so packed with faith
that I vow to try to lean on Jesus a little more . In my prayers Love
Colleen XXOO for all the children

Hey Guys,
I am so proud of Tom. He is getting to speak before the President! I
read the story, whew I barely made it through it. Brian said he just
didn't want to leave Ben, his smile is so touching. Praise be to God for
our report. No new cancer or tumors!! I just received a letter yesterday
that the filming they did on McKinley this summer will be used for a
commercial that will be aired nationally. I was so excited, but at the
same time sad. I remember before we were ever diagnosed and I would see
the commericials, I would cry and flip the channel as fast as I could.
Now, my child will be on there and it is just hard to face. Well, I will
be returning to St. Jude on October 13th and I think you guys will be
home by then, but I will talk to you soon. Love ya!!!!

I just
got back from the rally and it was awesome. I've never been to one
before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But I wanted to let you know
that Tom did a wonderful job. I can't imagine speaking in front of so
many people. But he was great! Your in my thoughts and prayers.

Good
evening. I've checked in and followed Ben's story for quite some time
now. I never cease to be touched and amazed by what strength, courage
and faith you all have. I was very glad to get to see Tom today in
Huntington, speaking at Bush's appearance. Tom you were very touching
and inspiring. I felt very blessed and honored to be able to join in the
thousands of people who were there today. I continue to pray for Ben and
family. My heart and love goes out to you all. God Bless you!

This is
my first visit to your site. My roommate introduced me to your site
tonight. Though I cannot express all the words I want to, I want to
thank you for your inspirational story of your family and "Big Ben". I
cannot express how much Chirst is shining in and through you. God is
giving all His strength to you. I send mine as well, though human
strength is literally nothing compared to His. I sent a greeting card
that could say more than I can now about how my prayers and thoughts are
with you. My household recently went through two brain surgeries as
well...there is no describing these emotions we go through in situations
of complete surprise, pain, even the smallest joys at a smile or good
spirits...all mixed together. I am praying fervently for your family and
friends surrounding you. His arms are never released from you, His eyes
never off you. Prayers are constant. In His Grasp, J. Leigh Kay

Jen,
Thinking about you this weekend. I am sure that you are wishing you
could be with Tom, watching him tonight at the rally, and standing by
his side tomorrow. I am praying that you will have the strength and
endurance you need, and that you may enjoy moments of sheer joy as you
spend time with your boys.

After
going to Chili's for dinner tonight and buying a card to make a donation
to St. Jude's children's hospital, I then decided that I wanted to visit
the site and see if there was anything more that I could do to help. It
really touched me what they were doing to help these kids, and that is
how I first found Big Ben's story. Reading Big Ben's story on the site
touched my heart so much that I wanted to find this website in order to
tell Ben and his family what amazing people they are to have gone
through so much and to stay so strong. Just seeing Ben always smiling in
those pictures, even through the rough times, brings tears to my eyes.
He is such a beautiful little boy with a bright shining smile that can
give courage to anyone. Just by looking at him you can tell what a
strong fighter he is and that with the help of all the doctors and
nurses, and with GOD on his side, that they are going to get him through
this. I would just like to say to Ben and his family that my prayers are
with you always and that I will never forget y

My
thoughts and prayers are with both of you this weekend. Jennifer enjoy
that precious "mommy time" with the boys! All week I have kept
remembering Eli's quote "GOD IS BIGGER". I will keep that with me
forever. I cannot believe how truly blessed I feel that you have shared
your story with all of us. You have certainly taught me some lessons in
faith. Tom, I will pray for you this weekend as well as you travel back
to NYC. My prayer is that we never forget that day, the people involved
and that GOD IS BIGGER! Take care, stay strong! God's Blessing to you
all. Eli and Ben, give your Mom a hug!

Hey
Jennifer! Happy weekend to you and your cuties! Tom did a great job
yesterday at the rally (don't tell the politicians, but I think he got
bigger and better cheers than any of them!:)) I just wanted you to know
I think of you each day, especially as I visit "our" kids. And I love
what Eli said...you know, Ben's tumor is no bigger or scarrier to God
than Eli's booboo. We just forget that sometimes. So I contintue to
count it a sweet honor to humbly but boldly ask for God to heal Ben
completely and totally. For you I pray for strength, peace, and for the
comfort and healing of a mother's heart. Your spirit is precious and I
am blessed to call you friend. Love, Joy

Jennifer-
I just wanted to tell you that I am praying for you this weekend. You
have been on my thoughts alot since Thursday when I read that Tom would
be away in Huntington and NYC. I hope you have a wonderful, wonderful
weekend with your boys. I am still believing with you, Tom and Eli, and
many others around the whole world, for Ben's complete recovery. I was
thinking this morning as I drove to work about Jesus rising on the third
day as I thought about Ben. I pray the blood of Jesus over his whole
body. Jennifer- know that many of us are loving you and praying for you
back home in Huntington. Jennifer White, for Scott and Kate also

To Ben's
Family, After seeing your story spoken of on the April 2004 Sweetpea
Message Board I went straight to the website. Tears streamed down my
face - not only because of the saddness I feel for you and your family,
but because of the amazing strength you all seem to possess. Ben seems
like such a little figher. What a precious angel. Seeing your website
will make me a better mommy. :) My thoughts and prayers will be with you
and your baby boy. I am a firm believer that if God bring you TO it, He
will bring you THROUGH it. May God bless you!

Jennifer,
thank you for being such a model wife and mother for the rest of us!
Handling all the responsibilities without Tom is a biggy. We know you
are not alone and that God will provide for you as you lovingly tend to
the boys. We further appreciate your sacrifice so that Tom may witness
to others yesterday and today. Our country has not forgotten 9-11, nor
the aid that Tom and others gave and are giving. We praise God that Ben
is feeling good---hope he and Eli are playing and enjoying this time.
You four keep filling our cups to overflowing with blessings; our love
for you guys grows with each moment of every day.

To Ben
and his Family: I came across Ben's story when I visited the St. Jude's
Website. I had been meaning to sign up for the newsletter and monthly
contribution for months now. After reading about Ben and all that your
family has been through I knew I could not put it off any longer. I
cannot imagine what it must be like to have to see your baby go through
surgeries and chemo. I sometimes get angry for things that are
meaningless or I get frustrated with my 6 year old. I will think of Ben
from now on and know that I need to live my days for TODAY because
tomorrow is a gift. I do not know anyone who has a child with an
incurable disease. We don't have much, but know that you have a 'friend'
in San Antonio and if you should ever need anything, we will try our
best to help. You will be in our prayers from now on. Please hug Ben for
us. God Bless you, Virginia, Damian and Corey
