Hey guys!
It is great to hear that the old Big Ben is back. Maybe this is the
first in a series of good news that will be coming our way. Tom, we look

Along
with you, we are praising God for these wonderful moments when Ben is
feeling good and enjoying time with his family. Eli is such a good
brother, and we are sure he is patient with his little brother. I (Bev)
teach ninth grade and have the Bowen family picture as my screen
saver---the kids ask about you guys every day. So many are praying for
your family; once again, the Bowens are reaching more lives and pulling
those lives closer to Christ. We will continue to praise God for the
gifts of both Ben and Eli and Jennifer and Tom! We are in prayer each
day, moment by moment for you. Loving you more each day...

Hello,
dear ones! I have been staying in touch at least once almost daily with
your website. Thanks SO MUCH for this way of helping us "be there" with
you. Our church prayer chain prays often for you and some people have
also become connected to the website! Did you know that we implemented
an amendment to our medical plan (the medical plan you are on) so that
the lifetime maximum benefit has now been doubled?!! This is good news!

faith in God your family must have. You St. Jude people never cease to
amaze me. While were reading and questioning "why" you are praising God
for all he's done for your family. I am a cousin of Kerin Hentz and have
read alot of the webpages they post and I am so amazed at your strength.
I will continue to pray for all the families at St. Jude. Keep your
faith as I know you will. You are such a strong and beautiful family.

Bowens, So glad to hear that Ben is up and moving full speed ahead. I
know how you must be enjoying his new energy. And the fact he's
pestering his brother, well I'm sure Eli thinks that's just great:) Kim
was sharing with me at work today about how God worked in Tom, Sherri,
and Kim all at the same time to form the special worship service. Isn't
it incredible how he binds our hearts in one accord for His purpose? I
stand amazed. We had a great service at RCCC with Antioch. Can't wait
for you to see the pictures of Larry in his suit. He defintely stood out
in the crowd and of course we know he loved the attention:) I think Mary
was hiding under the pew (just kidding)! Anyway, can't wait for you all
to be back with us and sharing the joys at RCCC. Please give the boys an
extra hug tonight from one of the folks at RCCC that loves them. You

Tom spoke
at the American Rescue Workers Awards Banquet we held a few months ago
and I have been following Ben's Story since. I am the Director of their
Jersey Shore branch. I have been working with a single mother with a
daughter with a rare terminal brain disorder. She may be facing time to
leave her job in order to care for her daughter. We are both blank on
what resources are available to help her make ends meet. If you could be
of any assistance to use we would appreciate your response when you have
time available. ( We do know that we are interrupting your precious
time, but we need some help) Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Dear Ben:
We always write to your mommy & daddy so today it's your turn. You are
such a courageous little man. You can't guess how much you are loved and
how many friends you have who talk to Jesus everyday about you. Every
time you smile at Mommy, or turn those beautiful eyes on Daddy, or climb
& play with Eli, you're giving them such a wonderful present and that is
Hope. You give all of your friends a present each day but we have one
for you and that is bunches & bunches of love. You won't remember
meeting Raggedy Anne & Raggedy Andy but we had such a special time

It was so
amazing to read Ben updates. He is one awesome little trooper! We

Jennifer - You continue to amaze me! God Bless you both for teaching all
of us parents that God is Good and our Children are Precious. My
friend's sister was told yesterday that there is nothing more that she
can do to fight the cancer in her body. I responded with read Ben's
story! Today, she is smiling, and thanking God for the gifts he has
given to her. She and her sister are praying for peace and endurance
during this trying time. Ben has really made a difference in this world.
