I have
heard about ben from a friend online. And I must say you have a brave
little boy there. I'm a volunteer fireman and that is nothing compared
to Ben. ben is what we all wish we could do so proudly. My prayers and

you all!! I know you all are going through an extremely emotional time.
I pray for Ben and his Health and strength, and for yours too. I know
you ask why Ben, but EVERYTHING happens for a reason, I just want you to
know and look around how many hearts Benhas touched, and howmany souls
were won because of Ben's story. You give me encouragement and a Love
for God renewed when I read your story. Iam blessed to have 3 children,
never knowing that I could ever lose one, just the thought is hrrifying,
I feel for you all, and you will be in my prayers. God Bless you all ,

the honor of watching you and Ben as we shot some film of him at St.
Judes. Observing the love between you two deeply effected me. In this
way as with others, you both are making an impact and enriching many

couldn't sleep tonight thinking of your entire family. Especially the
boys. I decided to check and see if there was an update. I was so happy
to see your update. I will continue to pray for Ben's healing and for
your families strength. I visited Huntington this weekend. It made me
think of you all even more. I miss being home. I can't imagine how you
feel being away for something like this. It is unimaginable to me. I
have faith that there is a bigger picture than we can all see right now.
I know there is. God is good. Take care of yourself and I will pray for

for the schedule for today; we will have copies with us throughout the
day to focus our praying. Tom and Jennifer, we really don't know how
difficult this is for the four of you, but we do know this is only a
moment compared to the unbelievable eternity that awaits those we love
and us---all of us together in the presence of His glory, a glory that
we must leave this life to enter. That probably doesn't help you guys
much right now, but it's what we are clinging to because we'll get to
see you guys face to face always. We love you beyond what you could
imagine, but nothing, absolutely nothing, compared to the love of Christ

Bowens; I found Ben's story through an e-newsletter received from one of
our Board members and wanted to send my wishes and thoughts. I can't
imagine what you are all going through - I have a very young daughter
and my heart just breaks thinking about what you are dealing with. Ben

my heart to hear what you all are going through. God has plans for

Such long
days filled with so much uncertainty. Very long days for little kids. I
hope you guys done feel alone. You are not alone. People all over
praying for you through out the day. Pulling for you all. Freezing time
would be great I can think of few times myself. But I also believe that
is why we are able to love, laugh, play and have such good memories. Our
little way of freezing time. Pictures we will always have even if our

I heard
about your story from Melony Pickens whom I work with here at Bank One.
My sister 20 years ago was diagnosed with Wehlm's tumor of the kidney.
She was also a patient at St. Judes. Our family as well as yours has
been blessed to have been referred to St. Judes. What an awesome place!
She is one of the lucky ones to have beat her monster, but because of
the radiation and chemo, she has lost two infant sons. I don't know what
it feels like to be in your shoes, but have been very close. I pray for
you all every moment I can and I will share as Melony has with me this
website to my sister who can relate to your story with Ben. I have two
sons and because of this website I have a new outlook on parenting. I
work full time, but that now is very minor compared to the awesome job
of been a mommy. Eli is such a strong boy to go through this too. He
must be an angel!

Jennifer, I cannot fathom the pain of heart and the pain that Ben is
going through right now. I will have my church pray for him again
tonight. I do believe in the power of prayer and of Gods healing power.
In his own time. This thing that you're going through is for a reason.
We may never know what it is, but, God knows. And someday we will
understand, if we just stay true and faithful to him. If I could take
Bens pain and problems away and put them on myself, I would. I have
grown to love Ben very much. I check in every morning and every evening.
