Just
wanted to let you all know that I think the "Big Ben" bands are really
an awesome thing. Not only is it great that the money paid for them is
all going to St. Jude's, but to me it will also be a reminder to
constantly and fervently pray for Ben and all of you. It's a great way
to look down and see his name throughout the day just reminding us to
say several times a day for him. I love you guys and you're in my
prayers every day. I'm constantly checking the web site for Updates...so
thanks for taking the time to do that Tom!! It definitely doesn't go
unnoticed! Hope to see you all back at River Cities soon!!

Just tell
him how very much you love him, and that its okay - whatever he needs to
do, to let go & let God. Ben is such an amazing little soul, far wiser,
I truly believe, than the mere 2 earthly years old. Ben is leaving an
indelible mark on the world - and so many of us are truly better for
learning about his life and the story surrounding it. Through these
incredibly difficult days, I can only surround your family with love and
prayers - I know there are no words, but God knows what you need, and

time and know God is with you everyday. We told my dad when he was
passing away from this horrible disease cancer that it was okay to go
that God will take care of him and us. It was the hardest to do, but we
could not watch him suffer either. God has you in the palm of his hand

I do not
know you guys and will probably never meet you this side of Jordan - I
have checked this site everyday often twice a day for the past two weeks
- My heart has hurt for you as if I knew you and have been walking
beside you all this time. I pray for Ben as if I know the joy of seeing
that beautiful smile in person. My story is not like yours - my son does
not battle the monster of cancer, but we know the world of heart defects
like experts. I have never watched the side effects of chemo, but I have
watched and prayed over two open heart surgeries and I wait now praying
that God would perform a miracle so a third surgery is avoided. I have
one healthy child as you do and I watch him at 2 1/2 be a bigger person
than I will ever be because he comes like a child..the way God wants me
to come. I have avoided leaving an entry...but today...God wouldn't let
me leave until I did. He is our Jehovah Rapha - He is the God who heals.
He is the God who is with you today as you silently wait...He is the One
who has you in His lap - those ar

here with tears streaming down my face reading the most recent update,
trying to find the right words to comfort a grieving family, I find
myself numb, wondering why such a wonderful, beautiful child would be
given such a fate and it hits me. Ben is a messenger. He is on this
earth for a brief time to touch so many lives, to make us realize what
