I have can express all the encouragement I would like to give to you, so
here are some of God's comforting words. "Though outwardly we are
wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day" 2
Corinthians 4:16. God says that no matter what you are going through, it
is not the last word. God has written the final chapter, and it will be

Tom,Jennifer,Eli and Ben, I pray for your peace and heartach during this
hard time. God loves you all as you love him. As I write this I think
back to the day I met you at Logans in Memphis. You have such a happy
and loving family. At the time I would have never guessed Ben had been
through as much as he had. Always with a smile on his face will I
remember him. Your family has inspired me to become a volunteer at

praying for all of you constantly. I pray for physical, emotional, and
mental strength for Tommy and Jennifer. I pray for a special comfort and
understanding for big brother Eli, and I pray for the angels to surround
Ben and comfort him until they carry him to the arms of Jesus, where
there will be no more pain and where he'll be waiting for you all
someday. I can't even comprehend what you are experiencing. But I know
from personal experience that He gives more grace when the burdens grow

please wrap your arms around little Ben. Please father take away his

to let you know that I think of Ben and your family constantly. I read
your latest update with tears in my eyes. I don't pretend to know how
you must feel, but hope and pray for you daily. Ben, you are a brave
little fighter and even though we have never physically met I feel like

I am at a
loss of words....Nothing is harder than watching your child slip away.
You don't know me but I have been checking in on Ben for awhile and I
can only say keep your faith in God strong.....My husband and I lost our
little boy 2 years ago this May after open heart surgery. It is a story
I can tell you more about if you are interested but I wanted to let you
know that you are not alone. God will give Ben the peace and grace that
he deserves. I pray for peace and much needed guidance for you and your
family. The pain will never go away but the joy of knowing that you will
see him again will make it a little easier to handle. I am here if you

We check
on Ben each morning, throughout the day & then again before going to
bed. I hug my own 4 year old daughter a little tighter because of Ben. I
