Hey
Bowens! I just wanted to let you know I'm thinking about you (as always)
and still praying for a miracle. Please know that many people in
Mansfield are loving you and praying for you daily. I actually know the
lady who makes the best chocolate chip cookies in the world. (At least
the best ones I've ever tasted!) She lives in Mansfield. I'll try to
send you a batch. Hopefully you'll get more than just a bag of crumbs
when they get there! I can imagine Ben would still smile, anyway! I pray
everyday that you will all get the rest you need to sustain you through
each day. May God continue to protect and keep you in His will, and give
you wisdom for each new day. Keep believing. I'm still believing with

met yours at Chef Mickey. Your family touched our hearts dearly. We pray

Ben, Eli,
Tom, and Jennifer. May you feel the presence of the Holy Spirit upon you
with all the love and warmth He has to offer. May He fill your hearts
and minds with the understanding only God can know. And may you
experience Peace through all you have to bear. I learned of Ben's story
through my friend Trina, Jamie and Jophie's mom. My heart is broken for
you. I have four children and can not begin to understand what you are
feeling. I truely admire you faith and strength. Your family has been an
inspiration to so many. I can't begin to tell you how many times in the
past few months I have been going through what I thought were trials
only to come to my computer and read your updates. I alway come away
with a feeling of hope and peace that our God is bigger than any of
this. I am and will continue to pray for your family. And in reference
to the chocolate chip cookie question I agree with most. Nestles toll
house is the best but if you don't have time subway has really super

Jennifer, I've been keeping up with Big Ben via the web page. My heart
goes out to you guys. There is not a day that goes by that I don't think
of my little friend, Ben. On last week I started a prayer of
thanksgiving for Ben. He has taught me a valuable lesson in enduring
hard times. I thank God for having met an angel right here on earth (at
St Jude)! I also thank God for the two of you...you see it was you two
that brought him here, in this world for me to love and learn some of
the most valuable things in life that I could ever treasure. I praise
God for little "Big Ben"! Hang on in there guys. All things work
together for the good of them who love the Lord! I know you love Him!
So, let's just keep praising God in spite of what you're going through,

For the
past 5 months or so not a day has gone by that I haven't checked on your
family several times throughout the day. You, Bowen Family, are NEVER
far from my thoughts and prayers. I often ask myself how it is that I
feel so close to people I've never met. The only answer I come up with
is it has to be God! Your family has been the tool that God has used to
push me to be a better Mom, wife, and most importantly a better child of
God! I don't think I will ever make the statement that I "believe IN
God" without being reminded that the more important thing is to "Believe
Him." What a life changing lesson your family has blessed me with! When
I think of Ben I think of the verse in Ephesians (3:20) that says "With
God's power working in us, God can do much, much more than anything we
can ask or imagine."

Subway
cookies are the best but there is a trick to making them better. Pop
them in the microwave for about 5 seconds. YUMMY just like fresh baked.

Dear
Bowen Family, My heart breaks each time I read an update and see that
Bens condition is declining. The only explaination I can offer is that
it is not meant for us to know everything because if we did there would
be no need for Faith. God does hear our prayers and so many of them are
being answered with each day that Ben is still here, with each journal
entry you humbly place on this site. Gods plan for Ben and your family
is being carried out right before our eyes. Ben was chosen to touch the
lives of thousands and he has succeeded. I continue to pray for healing
but more importantly I pray for absolute peace for all of you. One day
all these trials will be over,and that day is closer than any of us

saw the St. Jude commercial of your family on TV. This breaks my heart

found out about this while making a call to you about your pictures from
Sears. It breaks my heart to see you all suffering with Ben's pain. I

hard for all of you. For Ben to make it through the hardest thing a baby
should have to go through, For Eli to in his small way understand that
