I heard
about your family through a friend's website who recently passed away. I
was amazed and inspired by the strength you have maintained through all
of this! I can realate to Ben because I have a condition called psuedo
tumor cerebrai which means my body thinks that I have a brain tumor that
is not there. So my body reacts to it and I have had the pain, swelling
of the brain, medicines, and procedures of somebody with a brain tumor
but I don't have a brain tumor, and I am only 15 so I can realte to the
many stresses that you encounter everyday! I hope that God continues to
BLESS you and your family and that Ben will recover soon! You will

Grove. The children of this class are offering this mass for you. You
are a great big brother and a child who has seen and gone through way to

I am
overwhelmed by your strength and faith at this time. I have written to
you before and have followed Ben's story. I have three small boys of my
own. Ben's story has changed the life of my husband and I. We both work
full time and it is very easy to be caught up in the hustle of daily
life and take our blessings for granted. We thank you for sharing Ben's

Well
where do I begin???? You know my thoughts and prayers are with ALL of
you during this crazy time. I re-live every moment when I read updates
from those still holding onto a MIRACLE!!!! I can only ask GOD every
single day to give you and the countless others that perfect MIRACLE we
so often read about in the bible. I will never understand why but I will
keep praying for GOD to continue to give you all strength, comfort, and
patience through this time. Tom and Jennifer you both have amazing
strength and GOD is hearing and watching over you's and your family. Eli

Jennifer, I visit Ben's site multiple times a day and have read and
re-read MANY posts. The unconditional love and faith that you both
possess is truly touching. I cannot imagine facing what you have with

to hear about Joey and the problems with the van. God will make a way
for things to settle down. He will never put more on us than we can
handle. We serve an awesome God. We all continue to pray for strength,

Father, I ask that you would grant Ben and his family rest and prevent
him from any side affects from the medicine. Lord, I pray this tumor

revelation! Surely many regularly visit this site driven by the hope
that all of the fervent prayers, growing love & daily support have added
up to the miracle 1,000s are confident for yet are we missing the
miracle itself- the daily story of mighty Ben's life, the tender awesome
love of a family, the incredible revelations & God's unending love &
strength poured out on the Bowens. We speak for ourselves & likely so

will the update reveal? We are waiting for you to say that Ben's miracle

Wow, I am
so sorry that you have to go through all of this. I pray for you and
your family every day and ask God to show you compasssion and peace. I
don't want to over analyze the death of Joey the german shepard however,
I find it comforting that a pet known to devoted to its family will be
in heaven to greet and comfort Ben when he goes to live with God. Maybe
this was his way of protecting Ben and Eli. It may make it easier for
Eli too, knowing that Ben is not alone ever. My dog passed in the summer
and my 4 year old still talks about how much fun Killian is having in
heaven with my grandfather. She imagines them playing ball and cuddling
on the floor together watching tv. It really maked her feel better than
thinking of either one of them being alone. I will continue to pray for
the Miracle we all want so badly for Ben. He has touched my heart and
soul deeply. You are an amazing family. I admire your strength and
unwavering faith in God's plan. I wish I lived near you, I would love to
