I just
wanted to tell you I continue to pray for Ben and Rachel and I am so
saddened that anyone has to endure what you are going through. I sit
here and think of how I would feel if I were in your shoes. I pray to
God that I will never know. But, I wish you didn't have to know either.
Your family is amazing. I hope for some miracle, but if it doesn't come,

Hello,
you do not know me but I am a fellow St. Jude Mom who has been following
your journey for several months now. My heart and most of all my prayers
are with your family. Words cannot adequately describe how touched I am
with your amazing faith and the grace at which you are walking this
difficult journey. When things seem so hopeless, I am confidently aware
that HE IS OUR HOPE, OUR EVERYTHING, EVERY BREATH WE BREATHE IS IN HIM.

Bowen family, My younger brother had a brain tumor that caused constant
seizures that were taking over every aspect of his life. Through prayer
my family found wonderful doctors at Cleveland Clinic. After fighting
the seizures for 4 years, the tumor that had been misdiagnosed by
doctors in our home town of Charleston, WV, it was discovered that his
tumor was in fact malignant and had to be removed for any chance of
survival. I am delighted to tell you that almost two years later, Adam
is a college freshman studying pre-med cancer and seizure free. Only
through the grace of God can I send this note of encouragement. I heard
about Ben's story from my mother, and as a mom-to-be of a little boy, my
heart goes out to you. Please know your family and Ben will be in my

THE OTHER NIGHT I WAS LYING IN BED AND GOD SPOKE TO ME, HE SAID YOU HAVE
OFTEN THOUGHT OF BEN AND WHISPERED A SMALL PRAYER BUT I DON'T FEEL YOU
DID IT DILIGENTLY. SO I CRIED OUT TO GOD TO HAVE HIS WILL WITH BIG BEN
AND GIVE THE FAMILY THE STRENGTH THEY NEED TO INDURE. I CLAIM THE
HEALING FOR BIG BEN. A VERY CALM FEELING CAME OVER ME, I TRULEY BELIEVE

little Ben fight! I will be praying for your son, Tom and Jennifer. He
has the most beautiful smile and brave little heart. I lost my husband
and my son lost his dad to a malignant brain tumour called glioblastoma
multiforme 15 months ago. He was a 4 1/2 yr. survivior of a cancer with
a 8 to 15 mo. survival rate. Charlie was a brave man and was so loved by
us all. So , I will not say that I know how you feel, b/c I feel that
noone knows how you feel but you. Noone knows how I feel but me. But I
will say that I will pray for you and ask God for encouragement and
wisdom for you and your family.May the love of God envelope Ben and take
away all your uncertainties and in their place give you an absolution.

family inspires me. I read about Ben's story in the St. Jude's Promise
magazine and was impressed with your faith during this most difficult
time. Having never experienced cancer myself, I can't even been to
understand the journey you've traveled. Recently accepted into medical

Again, I feel like a big dummy but am glad at the same time!! I had not
seen the headline earlier on your page about Ben being on the ST Judes
commercial. I had written in the guestbook and asked if they had done
one cause I had THOUGHT I had seen them. I saw it on DISC CHANNEL. I am
