Dear Ben
and Family, I am praying and believing for a miracle for your little
boy. May God be with you all during this time. Our two-year old daughter
entered hospice in July and earned her wings. However, her nurse did
talk to us about miracles she had seen.

I have
often asked myself why I don't send more messages of
encouragement.....why I have so often stayed away: I must ashamedly
admit that I am scared to say anything because any words that I think of
seem so meaningless, so empty, so not needed. Shame on me! I cannot
imagine how your insides are reacting to the devastating news of
today...I can't and won't even pretend to know even a fraction of what
you have gone through....are going through. I am truly sorry. .....I
want you to know that I do pray specifically, each and every day that
God would work a "here and now" miracle in Ben's life...in all of your
lives....that the world might see that there's no mistake that "it's a
God-thing".....I can't help by following that up with the
acknowledgement that....God, You are good and a miracle worker be it
here or in eternity.....I still believe,

I were very saddened to hear about Ben's MRI results on Wednesday. Words
cannot describe what an encouragement you have been to each one who has
come to know your family. Truly God's grace has been so evident in your
lives and in Ben's as you have struggled this year against this terrible
disease. We continue to pray God will be BIG in your lives and continue
to meet every need you have. It must be an encouragement to know so many
people have come to love you all so much. We hold you in our prays and
pray God's grace attends to your every need and to Ben's in these coming
days. We (like you) believe that God can still heal little Ben and we
trust him to do that if it's his plan. Please know we are doing the only

Hey guys!
I ahve not made an entry in a while and that is because I just don't
know what to say! When this all started, there was not a doubt in my
mind that God would heal Ben. Now, I just don't understand! I see how
this story is touching people, and how you two are showing unbelievably
strong faith, but what I don't get is how He is not answering. OK, I
know He is, just not how WE want Him to. I just finished reading Job and
I know know in my heart that Gad has something special for you two! I
belive He is going to bless you 100 times over! I just keep praying that
He will provide you peace in your heart and the contined strength you
need every moment! I love both of you! You are in my every prayer and in
my heart continually!

Dear Ben,
Eli, Tom and Jennifer You all have touched so many lives with Ben’s
story, I wonder just how many! How many people are witnessing your
amazing strength and love for each other and for God? Thank you for
sharing everything with us. I pray to God for a miracle for Ben to be
completely healed. I know God can make this possible. I have always felt
that I had a strong belief in God, however, I don’t go to church
regularly. In fact it’s been a while. Life always seems to get too
hectic and there’s always something that needs to get done. However, two
days ago, I went to church on my lunch break and prayed to God for Ben,
for Eli, for Jennifer and for Tom. I lit a candle, I gave money and I
thanked God for everything He has given to your family and prayed for
Him to completely heal Ben. I wish there was more that I could do. God

I have
been checking Aaron's website daily. I am very sad for his family &
friends, but relieved that he won't suffer anymore. He sounded like such
a tough little guy. Hate the news of Ben's last MRI, but I don't feel
the cancer has won. God is with you through this and his plan may just
be what we all want...a miracle. Continuing prayer for complete healing,
strength for all 4 of you, and comfort.

Heavenly Father, I come to You with such a heavy and confused heart for
the Bowen family. Lord, I pray that You would comfort them during this
time. Give them a peace that passes all understanding; a peace that can
only come from You. Wrap Your arms around them and help them feel You
presence with them right now. I pray that you would help them to remain
constant in their faith in You. Help them to continue to believe, even
when their circumstances just don't make sense. I pray for Ben that You
would touch his little body. God, I pray that it would be in Your divine
will to take this horrible cancer out of his body and give him complete
