Continuing our prayers and asking for miracles during this holiday time.

I got to
this site in a roundabout way, then spent hours reading all of your
journal entries. It's been incredible. In one day, I feel like I have
gone on the amazing up and down journey you have been on. At first, I
wanted to say I don't know how you did it. But without a doubt, I know
that you are intimate with my God. He oozes out of your life. It makes
me look a little differently at the circumstances in my life. It has
been amazing to see your journey with God. Now I can't wait to read the
next entry. (Hurry and write it.) I shall keep you guys in my prayers.
Maybe someday I'll even get to meet Big Ben (along with his incredible
parents and wonderful Eli). Wow, I don't even know where God is going to
take me in my thinking/life after reading this. It has been just
amazing. (Yes, I know I keep using the same adj's but I can't help it.)
Just to know, I am a nurse and this hit me in a special place in my
heart. I often fight the same battles with my patients. Only they are
adults. Thank you and God bless you.

As I
prepare my daughter and her uniform & equipment for the first
cheerleading competition of her Middle School career, I realize that it
is different worlds you and I are living in at this time. I also realize
that we are all just one step, one phone call, or one doctor appt. away
from living in the world you guys have been living in. Your family has
been called out of the life of work, daycare, PTA, sports, etc. to tend
to a much greater cause. I pray that if I am ever called to such a place
that I will thank Him in all things, praise his name every day and
believe in his miracles as your family has. Because you believe...we
believe. God bless you all. I'll be thinking of you and praying for you

I just
read Ben's story and was especially touched by it as we just found out
tonight that my nephew, Nathanael Pruitt, has ATRT. He had surgery
around a month ago to remove a brain tumor. He is 6 years old. His first
radiation treatment was tonight. He is also a fighter. He was referred
to St. Jude's Hospital by the oncologist at Children's Hospital in
Knoxville, TN. He's been there since Monday, Nov. 22, but had to go to
Children's in Memphis for a week because they realized he had Spinal
Meningitis. He just got back to St Jude's on Wednesday. Pray for him and
I'll be praying for Ben.

Family, I have been following Bens story online and I pray every day
that your little guy is just one scan from a miracle. I know God works
wonders,and I believe he has already worked a miracle just in the shear
amount of lives Ben has touched. I have two little boys 5 and 14 months
and I can say that until Bens story, I took the gift that they are for
granted now daily I am reminded that crayons on walls or sticky who
knows what on my floor are such a wonderful thing . Thank you for
touching so many lives and I am praying for Bens upcoming tests to show
a miracle..

reading just a few entries here tonight, I know that you all are without
a doubt very blessed. I just helped coach grandchild # 7 into this world
a month ago & it just brings it home how precious these little ones are
we are entrusted with. And the bigger ones God gives us as well. I will
be praying for you & your family that 1.) God will give you Strength,
His Strength, 2.) He will give you Guidance in all you say & do both for
Ben & in daily living, 3.) His Peace that passes ALL understanding will
fill your hearts & lives, 4.) Healing power will come to Ben & he will
be whole so that all who know him will know Him who is our
