I heard
of Ben thru Friends of Allie. I told myself I could not let myself get
attached to another childs story. Yet I cannot stop comming in and
reading. I am so inspired by the strength of your family and Ben. Our
God is a awesome God and I am and will continue to pray for Ben. I
believe to God is working in your son's life. He is an adrobable little
boy and I BELIEVE will have the greatest testimony in life of what Jesus
did for him. He is already touching so many and I believe will continue
to touch peoples lives for a long time to come.

I found
your son's site through another site (Haley Brady's, she went to be with
the Lord on August 11th and I know her Aunt who lives around the corner
from my sister). We are all praying for Ben, we hope you get good news
at St. Jude. I love all the pictures from Disney, and glad you had a

My husband and I stood beside you and your family back stage,on your
left side, at the Huntington WV ChristmasTime Concert, when you were
greeted by Michael W Smith. I couldn't stop smiling as I was watching
you and your family. You looked like a little angel. Your big brother

the Bowen family. My name is Jason Patchett. I encountered this page
from the Michael W. Smith website. I was doing my usual websurfin and
i'm a huge MWS fan. I saw that on his website he said that this was a
family in need of prayer. I read your story about the Mark Schultz song,
"he's my son" (AWESOME SONG). That really touched my heart. I am a

It is
hard to believe how many kids have brain tumors. My daughter had a 7cm
bt removed in Sept of this yr - hers is grade 2 ependymoma. I know of a
child who is currently battling ATRT and is doing quite well. Of course,
I will add your family to my prayer list. KEEP FIGHTING BEN!!

you. I cannot even begin to imagine what you deal with on a daily basis.

Please know that! You remind me daily to cherish my own baby girl. I
often look at her and other babies like your two very precious boys and
wonder how they are just so beautiful and so sweet, then I remember that
they have recently come from the Creator, and that they must have surely
been in His presence before they were sent to us. There is just nothing

I wish
you all the best of the holidays. I am a Cast Member at Disney and your
site was forwarded to me by one of my managers. Ben has touched me and I
wanted to let you know that you are not alone. I grew up with a
terminally ill older sibling (actually my only sibling). My brother had
an extremely rare brain tumor that never really went away. This tumor
had left him blind at the age of 9 (I was only 4 at the time) and then
adventually moved into his spine and back into his brain. My brother,
Jason, was a hero. He passed away 11 years ago this Christmas. My
parents and I get through all of the grief and sorrow by remembering
that if Jason did not have his cancer for 14 years, things might not be
in common practices today..like MRI's and the Chicken Pox vaccination.
Keep your heads up. You might not know it now, but there is a special
reason why Ben and all the children who live with cancer are here on
this earth. I know that in my heart and soul that Jason was here to help
the medical community move ahead to help others d

Tom, I
was just getting ready to start studying for finals (yuck) but decided
to check in for any updates on Ben before I got started. I am so glad I
did. Through your insight and your words--your beautiful, beautiful
words that reflect your beautiful spirit--brought such a sense of peace
over me. These exams I've been worried about and have dreaded studying
for are so unimportant. I've been living for next Wednesday (I'll be
done with finals by then) and have been missing the blessings of today.
Thank you for reminding me to slow down, breathe, and then use that
