I'm so
sorry for your loss. I know what how it feels to lose a child you care
about. Although I didn't lose a child I still know how it feels. My baby
cousin drown when she was 2, and I basically rasied her until her mom
took her to Ohio. I wish there was something I could do to help you with
your loss. I know that Ben is in Heaven with my baby cousin. I have been
following your story since I first saw it on the news. My little brother
had a tumor behind his eye, and he lost his eye. My thoughts and prayers
go out to you and your family. May God bless you and your family.

Bowen family, Your most recent update spoke directly to my heart. parent
to parent...believer to believer. It was you all and especially little
Ben that encouraged me to find faith in my own life...and over the time
of Ben's journey I have come to accept Christ in my own life. How can I
ever repay you? Nothing will do justice to the amazing family who has
changed my life and led me down the path of salvation. I will pray for

What to
say? When I heard, there was such mixed emotions. Pain and sorrow for
you and Eli, but almost Joy to know that Ben was now pain free and
running to Jesus. As soon as I heard, I happened to look outside my
window and noticed the moon was full and my first thought was Ben was
riding to Heaven on a full moon. God Bless your family for sharing your
story. You will never fully know what your family has done for some many
people. Ben was an angel here on earth. I truly believe his purpose on
earth was to raise awareness of what can be done if everyone would help
with St.Judes.

I am so
sorry to hear about little Big Ben. I can't even begin to imagine what
you're going through right now. I have a 2 year old that my husband and
I tried for over 15 years to have. We finally had our little boy and
your story has touched me in such a way that I will never forget about
Ben. I bought the CD with the song "He's My Son" I play it everyday
several times and pray for Ben and all the babies that are sick. You are
in our prayers.

Big Ben
was so strong even till the end, and just think about how strong he is

Dear Tom,
Jennifer and Eli, My heart aches for you. I lost my mom to pancreatic
cancer (she was only in her 40s) in September and I spent the summer
before she passed away with her and administering medicines, etc. I know
the pain you feel and you have my deepest sympathy. Thank you for
bringing such an amazing boy into this world and thank you for letting
such an amazing boy go when God called to him. Ben is in a beautiful
place with beautiful people. I know my mom is up there now smiling to
have a beautiful addition to an amazing Heaven. God Bless you for the

He led
more people to Jesus than we will ever know. That's what everybody's
life is about. The only thing that matters when we get to heaven is what
we did for Jesus with the time He gives us on earth. We only have enough
time to live out the plan God has set for us. The amount of time differs
for everyone, but that's still all we get. Anything else we do on earth
is wasted. You have shown this to us all. I know I have taken stock of
my life, and have decided to make the most of the time that God has
given me. God bless you for the lessons you have taught us.

I signed
the guestbook earlier today before I noticed your most recent update.
How humbling your words were. People who have never faced the trials you
have endured have no idea how you feel, and have no idea what to say. We
mean well, but we just can't possibly understand. Your words reminded me
of another scripture, "And He said unto me 'My grace is sufficient for
you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness'...For when I am weak,
then am I strong." 2 Corinthians 12:9,10. It's not about how strong you
are, or what a brave face you put on. There is no way you could have
made it through this past year, but for the grace of God. We have no
strength until we submit to our own weakness and let the Lord take over
for us. That is what Ben did. And as hard as it was to watch him suffer,
that is not what his life was about.

Tom,
Jennifer, and Eli, we were all very saddened this morning to read about
BIG BEN. We (my students and I) have been keeping up with Ben's story
for quite some time. We have signed his guest book from time to time. We
learned to love BIG BEN even though none of us knew him or you
personally. Our thoughts and prayers are certainly with you and your
family. I am so sorry for you loss.....oh, but Heaven's gain...what a
treasure!!! May God keep holding you and your family in his loving arms.

I so
sorry! I heard that he died today at school. I didn't want to believe
that he did died. Went I got home I had to check and it was true. Went I
found out this was true, I started to cry. I'm crying now as I'm writing
this. I never meet them, but it seem like I meet him. I seen like there
is a big part of my life now that is gone. I know that he is with Jesus
now and that he is in a better place. Now he pain free. I miss him!!
I'll keep Eli and you both in my prays. Let God be with all of you
though your hard times now.

Bless the
Bowen Family. Ben's life has changed me. I realize what a gift all
