Tom,
Jennifer and Eli, There are no words that I can say to your family right
now other than we are lifting your names in prayer. The dream that I had
of Ben Tuesday night as he was running and laughing in this field has
came true. It felt so great while I was dreaming it, so peaceful. Oh,
praise God, he can finally be a kid. Brian and I will be at the
services, we plan to get a hotel room close by the church. If you read
this, or a family member reads this, could you send us an email as to
where the closest hotel to church is? I hope love on Eli some. We love

I am so
sad today as I read that Ben as passed on. I have been following Bens
story since the end of January this year when I found out my niece of 2
months had a brain tumor. I visited Ben every day online, praying for
him and your family. I will still pray for your family. I noticed Ben
shares the same birthday as my niece Sydni. I pray you find strength in

I am
standing on a seashore. A ship at my side spreads his white sails to the
morning breeze and starts for the blue ocean. He is an object of beauty
and strength. I stand watching him until at length he hangs like a speck
of white cloud just where the sea and the sky come to mingle with each
other. Then someone at my side says, "there, he is gone!" "Gone where?"
Gone from my sight. That is all. He is just as large in mast and hull
and spar as he was when he left my side, and he is just as able to bear
his load of living freight to his destined port. His diminshed size is
in me, not him. And just at that moment when someone at my side says,
"There, he is gone!" there are other eyes watching him coming, and other
voices ready to take up the glad shout: "Here he comes!" And that is
dying... I find much comfort in that piece, if I can feel that Ben is
just over the horizon from us, being welcomed by those in that other
dimension. And also that his diminished size is in me - the loss is
mine, not his. My family's prayers

I was on
the internet looking up another subject and I saw this web page. As I
read I had not noticed the dates. I went directly reading Ben's updates.
I said to myself I must start praying for this little boy and something
said go to the very topof the page and there was his birth date and the
day that Ben passed today is 2/26/2005. I then began to weep and said,
God it is too late, but in my spirit he said pray for Ben's parents to
have strength to go through this situation. I am deeply sorry for what
has happened and I know God has used this situation to change so many
lives and well as your own. I believe that you already know this and
with that foundation it will give you hope in your times of sorrow. I
truely know that God is in heaven and watches and takes care of all his
children and we must put our trust and faith in him. We may not
understand each and every situation, but that is not for us to

Friends, We are hurting for you today, as we have been for the past
couple of months. Praising God that Ben is no longer in pain and that he
is with Jesus, but we know that though that is a little comforting right
now there is much, much grief and anguish to be processed. We're praying

Jennifer, and Eli you all are such an inspiration to all of us. I have
really no words for you all as you know I totally know how you feel. I
know first hand it was like a relief to have Aaron outta pain but
horrible to not have him here anymore. Sorry for not signing the
guestbook more often but I check on yall every single day. It is really
hard to watch another child "win" their battle but yet bittersweet to
seem them give us ALL that joy in the end. I know you all have plenty of
