My heart
goes out to your family and especially to Eli.Please know that my family

happen I am comforted by the fact that Ben has gone to a place where I

know why, but god only sends his most special angels to be special
messengers to us. He never lets them stay with us long which breaks our
hearts, but the message & love they give us, is one so important and
huge it takes their all to share with us. Ben & his family will always

Bowen Family - As I went outside tonight and looked up at the sky I saw
a star shinning ever so bright and knew that must be Big Ben...he's
shinning bright in Heaven too. We are so sorry that Ben has passed - but
he will not be forgotten. Every time I hear the name Ben I will think of
Big Ben. Know that we are holding you tight to our hearts and keeping

I am
reminded of the story of Job. He had suffered an unimaginable loss, much
like you are suffering right now. Interestingly, his friends went to
comfort him, but none of them spoke for seven days because they saw how
great his suffering was. (Job 2:11-13) So while I find myself struggling
to find words that seem adequate enough to encourage you, I joy in
knowing that even though I grasp for words, Christ is able to comfort
you and provide you with the healing that your hearts are hungering for.
So much like Job's friends, I sit with you in spirit and in prayer.

hear looking at my BIG BEN band on my wrist I am reminded of he day we
presented Ben with a quilt at Target II. His big smile and happy laugh
will be forever eternal in heaven. May both you and Eli be comforted in

understand the depth of your grief and loss because I lost my grandson
to ATRT August 20th 2004. He also was a St Jude patient. My sincere
prayer that a cure is found so other precious children will be cured.
Ben was another angel among us and what a legacy your special son has
given this world. I am a better person in sharing this journey and you
are as well. Ben is definately alive and well in his heavenly home. You

As a
mother my heart aches for you. As a christian I smile to know now that
he is pain free. And I think to the day when Ben will run into your arms
again. I like to think of a song we sing at church, "No more heartache,
no more sorrow, no tears to dim the eye. I will never say goodbye again
to you. Hand and hand we'll stroll together, walking heavens avenue.

tell you the impact that Big Ben has had on me! He has forever changed
the way I look at life. I feel as though I have lost a part of my family
,my heart hurts for what you are going through, but my heart also

the thought that Ben should be flying with the angels and when I opened
his site...I found that he was! Our awesome God just got another

Your
family is so amazing!! I just recently became aware of Ben and this
situation, and have been praying ever since. Even though there are no
words to express the sadness you are feeling right now, know that he is
at peace and pain free, and he will be watching over you three forever.
He is such a beautiful boy, and he will be missed by so many people. I
work in a hospital Birthing Center, high-risk OB floor, and with Special
Care Nursery, and have been involved with preventing premature babies
and the companies that support that, but I think that I found a new
support system ~ Thank you St. Jude!!!! God Bless you!!!

We will
forever be changed by the life of Big Ben. I will never forget his
innocent face, nor the way he has inspired so many with his courage and
your undying love for him. We send our love from our family to yours. I
was so moved to read the update and somewhat peaceful to read that you
were able to spend the last moments with your son and that they were
special moments, precious moments. I will hold my children a little
closer tonight and send up a prayer for your precious family. We have
grown to feel a bond with you - almost like family - and wish that I
could just wave a magic wand and make all of this nightmare go away for
you. No words can take away your pain, but I pray for your comfort in

angels gathered near your bed So very close to you For they knew the

glad I finally found your guestbook! I had to stop by tonight and say
