I have
never been to this site before, but I really wanted to visit it today.
The place where I work keeps in contact with the Bowen family and so I
hear about Ben's condition on occasion. I visited the site today and I
just want you to know that Ben is such an inspiration. I don't have
children, but Ben's story and this website just bring tears to my eyes.
I can't imagine what you must be going through. I was so sad to hear
that Ben was not doing good. Please know that you guys are in so many
people's thoughts and prayers. And Ben, we love you so much and hope
that you can pull through this with the strength that you have proved
that you have.

I am
amazed every time I come back to read Ben's updates. My heart aches for
you as a parent. I have a 2 year old and I cannot imagine watching her
endure what Ben is enduring right now. Yet, as I read about your family,
I see something bigger. I know that God has His hand on you. There is
something so much better in store for Ben and for the rest of your
family. I am praying that Ben gets relief from all the pain he has had
to endure...and that God grants the rest of the family strength to
endure what's to come as well as what is happening now. One day, you
will hear Him say "Well done, good and faithful servant."

we'll never forget seeing you march out of chemo, smiling, refusing to
be carried - all the smiles as you passed down the hallway, your friends
along the way, lunch at Chili's, and those sparkling beautiful eyes that
studied us and spoke volumes beyond your learned skill at the time with
a tangible sense of a wise soul behind those very young eyes, your love
of ketchup, peacefully napping in Daddy's safe embrace and your wariness
of two big red wigs. What an honor to spend time with you, Eli, mommy &
daddy! What a privilege to talk to God every day about you, and what a

I first
read about Ben before Christmas. Besides the fact that he is an absolute
beautiful child, I was touched by his story and his incredible smile. I
wanted to let you know that I pray for you all. Big Ben is on his way to
the finish line and the ultimate reward. Your faith is an inspiration to
all. I will continue to pray for strength for you all. I say a special
prayer for Eli who is so brave and caring and the best big brother. As
well as a special prayer for Ben who has touched the hearts of more
people in his sweet little life than I have dreamed of in my 24 years.
That was Ben's mission from God and he has completed it. He can now go
to his mansion and wait for the joyous day when you will all be together
again.

there! You guys continue to amaze me with your incredible hope, faith,
and loving spirit for your son! I am posting to beg of you to contact me
with any information whatsoever that you'd like for us to share with the
Regions/Morgan Keegan Tennis Tournament tomorrow evening as my daughter
Micah has been asked to participate in the check presentation! I haven't
received our bands yet (I know ya'll are swamped, and that's okay!) but
when I read that the players are wearing them in support, we absolutely
want to show our support, too! Anyway, my daughter Micah reminds me so
much of the fighter that Ben is and I will always be in awe of God's
hand as I think of Ben and as I look at my daughter in hope! We continue
to pray for you guys!
