We were
at the cemetary today visiting my father-in-law's grave. We new that Ben
was buried close by. My boys wanted to find his grave and say a prayer
as they did so much for him during him illness. We new right away it was
Ben's when we saw Mickey Mouse. Congratulations on the news that Bowen
#3 is being crafted by God. My father-in-law went to heaven 2 years ago
and sent us back and angel...Jenna Grace last April. She is a precious
gift to let us know that life does go on, not without heartache, but
thankfully, not without extreme joy as well. Our prayers for a healthy

As
Memorial Day comes around. We are reminded too recognized and decorate
for the soldiers who fought for the life we now have. As grateful I am
of the sacrifices they made, many with there lives today. I cannot help
but tot think of the little soldiers who didn’t serve. The St. Jude
children who fight everyday just to be able to be health kids. The
little people who could beat the odds of Cancer, and the families who so
miss the little ones that were taken all too soon. Say a prayer for
these kids and families as they too are fighting for there freedom. Play
in peace. In memory of Noah, Hanna, Aaron , Karley, Ben Reed and my hero
BIG Ben Bowen.

Dear Tom
and Jennifer, I remember when that friend of yours waved at you just
days after your son passed away, and said "Carry on". You sure have! I
admire the work that you are doing and the families you are helping. You
have brought so much awareness to childhood cancer. It is so important.
Most people aren't even aware of this unless it strikes one of their
family members or friends child. Thank you for keeping us all informed
and guiding us in ways that we can help.

Hi Tom,
Jennifer, and Eli! It is exciting to hear about Baby Bowen #3 making
his/her entrance later this year. Jennifer, I will pray extra hard that
your pregnancy is enjoyable and morning sickness free! I think about the
loss of Ben, and I am just touched at how you both are so committed to
each other. Alot of families would fall apart, but you two have chosen
to stand together and trust God. I can't imagine how difficult that is
to do when you've just lost your precious boy. I am sure Big Ben had a
hand in picking out your precious bundle of joy. Maybe it's a
sister...that would be neat! I will continue to pray for you all and I

especially the last week. Congratulations on Baby #3 - what a blessing

Jordan is getting married next Saturday, June 11, and so I've been
really busy with "wedding stuff". Mick and Jonathan told me about seeing
you at the mall, Tommy. They enjoyed talking to you. Maybe sometime this
summer, I can come over and see you guys and bring Jennifer some of

I can't
imagine how much pain you must have from the lost of Ben. But I wanted
to let you know that your faith is awe-inspiring. I know that I would be
angry with God. There have been times when I have been angry about the
smallest of things. I cannot imagine having the kind of faith that you
do but I'm sure it gives you an incredible sense of peace. I hope that
peace carries you until you are able to be reunited with Ben again.
