Congratulations on the exciting news! I'm sure Big Ben is smiling down
from Heaven. I was so tickled as I read the update. I'm sure Eli is very
excited. Give him lots of hugs! I think its wonderful that your there
for Brad and all the others that are sick, sharing your love with them
and being the support they need to make it through the difficult days. I

and Jennifer, As always, when I read your journal my heart is so deeply
touched. It's not only because of what you have endured, but your
passionate love for Jesus. You have truly allowed Him to be shown
through every step of your journey with Ben. I read a quote recently and
thought of you two, it says: "God will not look you over for medals,
degrees, or diplomas, but for scars." Elbert Hubbard Truly you bear the
marks of a warrior for the Lord. I was thrilled to read of your new
addition, how exciting. Once again the Lord is entrusting you with the

and strength continues to amaze me. Your family continues to show myself
and I'm sure many others that the Lord truly has a plan set out for us,
and we may not always think we know exactly how things are going to work
out. Understanding that plan is another story for myself sometimes. I
still remember your family daily and wonder why Ben. When all the other
crazy and sensless stuff is happening around us to show us His way, why

Bowens, I'm so happy to hear about the new Bowen coming later this year.
What a wonderful gift from God. I myself have questioned about God, but
like you said. He is who He is. I know, that I know, that I am saved by
his grace. Big Ben is surely smiling down on his new family member. What

Hi, I was
driving by a church this afternoon and I saw the coolest saying on the
billboard.... God answers "kneel-mail". That is so true...in this day
and age with all of the technology and hustle and bustle....it is great

Hi Guys,
Just wanted to let you know what great news that is to hear that you are
expecting another baby, its just more proof that God has blessed you and
continues to in so many ways. I also wanted to let you know that i went
to the relay for life the other night and lit a luminaria for Ben, the
ceremony itself was awesome i had never been to one before but thought
