Tom and Eli, Your pregnancy announcement is the GREATEST news I've heard
in a long time. Jennifer, I hope you have an easy pregnancy and
delivery. Get your rest now. Sleepless nights are headed your way once
again. But at least this time it will because the baby is HUNGRY at
night--normal kinds of things that deprive a parent of sleep. We head
back to Memphis June 1st. After that, we plan on having a FUN summer.
Chances are we will be driving thru WV. I'll call you! Once again

day but I never know what gods plans are for us. I am still amazed at

Congratulation on your baby #3! My husband and I have a little boy the
same as Eli also with red (or as he calls it orange) hair. He asks so
many questions about God and heaven, it amazes me how much at that age
they are listening in church when you don't think they are paying any
attension. I think of your family and check your website quite often.

cannot express the mix of emotions I have inside for you all right now.
I am deeply saddened to see the pain you are all going through but I
just know God has blessed you with another child for a reason. You 2 are
perfect parents...Eli knows that and Ben knew that. I bet Ben ran up to
God first thing and asked for you all to be blesed again with another
child. He is totally looking down on your with a huge smile. Oh gosh how
I love that little boy! I still pray for you everyday, I pray for your
comfort and streghth and wisdom to get through each day with grace. I
also thank God everyday for bringing me to your story, he has used you

Congratulations! That is such wonderful news! I thought of you often on
Mother's Day, knowing how much you must be hurting on that special day.
Praise the Lord for giving you that perfect gift! Last year we too were
hurting over the loss of our Ben, but received the great news of a new
baby on Father's Day. Grace arrived in January, and she is such a
blessing. Of course, we still miss our Ben and think of him every time
we see a blond 2 year old boy, but the intense pain is gone. I think of
you every time I hear the new song "Held" and wonder if it was written
for you. You have been a living testimony for our LORD and I know that
Ben's life has changed many people. It's great to think of our Bens
playing together and singing songs with Jesus! May your family find

I proudly
wear my Big Ben bracelet every day. I never take it off. It is a
constant reminder for me to pray for your family. I have had lots of
people (young and old) ask me why I wear this bracelet and I tell them
about Big Ben. My 5 year old daughter asks me questions about Ben all
the time and I can give her the answers because of the information you
guys have provided on this website. Thank you for sharing Ben's story.
Ben is one of the main reasons I participated in the American Cancer
Society's Relay for Life on May 6th in Proctorville, OH. It was a
wonderful experience and I will continue participating every year. I
hope that the money I helped raise will help to fund finding a cure for
Cancer so no child will ever have to go through what Ben went through.

Thanks for sending me the pictures. Julie emailed me about the dinner on
June 25th, but we will be gone on vacation. I would be there otherwise.

continued to be heartbroken when I read of your unthinkable loss. I wish
there was someway to ease your heartbreak, yet I know that there are no
words or no amount of love that could take it away. I love to come to
Ben's website and take time to pray for your family and think of all the

After Big Ben won his battle I signed the guest book and cried the
entire time I did it and was sure that though I would continue to check
in on you, I wouldn't sign again. Each time I signed I struggled with
words to touch your lives as you had touched ours. But I knew there
weren't any. As I read yesterday's post you have once again moved me to
tears. First in addressing your continuing Faith in God. I hope I could
be as strong and faithful as you all have remained were I faced with the
pain and suffering you have experienced. Secondly I was moved to tears
of joy for your incredible blessing of a third Bowen baby.
Congratulations - though we have never met, my family prays for and
thinks of yours often. You remain in our hearts even when it is too
difficult to sign the guestbook. We are so thrilled for your miracle on
