Hello,
I've followed your story for a good while now and I was so excited this
morning while watching television to see Ben and his mom on TV. They
were doing a preview of a show about St. Jude's that is to air here in
Delaware very soon. I felt so privileged to be able to say, "Hey, I know
about that wonderful, special little boy." God Bless you all.

Tom and
Jennifer, I went to the Mercy Me/Jeremy Camp concert last night in
Charleston and thought of you and Ben the entire night. Both Mercy Me
and Jeremy Camp shared how some of their songs were written following a
difficult time in their lives, typically the death of a loved one. Their
music was very healing in that no matter how "rough the road is now,
what awaits us will make it all worthwhile." At one point the entire
audience sang "Because He Lives, I can face tomorrow." What an awesome

Sorry to
hear of the loss of your friend Noah. Though I pray I dont think I will
ever understand why God allows children to be ill. I continue to pray
for his family as I am sure he is in heaven playing as all children
should be.

So glad
to hear you have a chance to get away and have some fun with Eli. I know
there will be memories of Ben, but Great memories I'm sure. Praying that

I know
someone's birthday is coming up! What a great place to spend your
birthday ELI! I hope you have a wonderful day this Friday at Disney.
Lots of Hugs and Prayers coming your way, Crystal, Blaine (6), and Caleb
(4) Also, we are going to the Zoo this Wednesday and I know I will have
you and your family in my mind all day. Last year when we were there so
was your family. We were one of those tons of schools there
-Presbyterian Day School of Cleveland. We are all in Gold/Yellow or
Green Shirts. We didn't know yal were there until I read your update
later that week. I just think it is special to me that we were so close
to meeting Big Ben and your family. We also, like yal though the middle
of the week was going to be a great time to miss all the crowd. Little
did we know it was national school day or something! Oh well, it was

I wanted
to let you know what an encouragement your family has been to ours. We
learned of Ben through Rylee's speech therapist, Sherri Simpson-and have
followed each story with much interest, concern, and prayer. Our
daughter Rylee has a rare, non-treatable and terminal disorder (NKH)-we
have been given no hope, no prognosis. But God has used those around us
to constantly encourage, support, and remind us of God's love and
ultimate plan for each of us. Thankyou for sharing your family, your
sons, and your love of the LORD. I hope we can be used the same way, to
