I'm so
sorry for what had happen. It is very touching because I have a 2 year
old and a 2 month old. He is very handsome, and i know it is hard for
you and the rest of the family. You and your family will be in my
thoughts and my pray's.

I thought
about your family yesterday as you said goodbye and celebrated Ben's
life here on earth and hte impact he had on everyone's life even the
people that never had the pleasure of meeting him or seeing his smile. I
felt myself get teary eyed on several occasions and I just wanted to let
you know that people everywhere are thinking of you and praying for you.
I remember a time Spring semester of last year my roommate visiting your
church and telling me of Ben's story. I did not realize until the other
day that she told me about him. I think it is amazing how someone so
small can affect so many people. When my nephew was about 3 months old
he had some complications that the doctors never really could explain
and my mom took him to church every time possible and had him prayed
for. The doctors to this day can't explain what was wrong. Prayer can do
amazing things, Ben was an incredible kid and I hope to follow your
story and how people pay tribute to him. I wear my wristband daily with

thought of them bumping a knee hurts me to see them cry. But you, you

I am
thinking of you often. I regret that I was unable to attend the
services, but I am sure they were a wonderful tribute to Ben's life. I
am going through some things with my daughter (Olivia,just turned 4)
that we are trying to figure out what's going on with her. Everytime she
gets blood drawn it is heart wrenching for me cause she flips out. To
think of what Ben went through and what you had to watch really aches my
heart. Yet he always smiled. What a blessing from God. Olivia will most
likely be put to sleep sometime in the upcoming months for some tests
and that scares me and I know it will her as well. I will be thinking of
Ben and your family at that time to get us through it. I hate never
having met Ben in this life, but look forward to the day we will meet in
a better life. Praying for you.

Although
we were not present, our hearts have been with you each moment &
thoughts turn to Ben over & over each day. For every gesture, through
every embrace, the hundreds who came, every word that has been written
since Friday, may God continue to comfort you. There is a numbing
feeling as we read the news coverage & while we spiritually rejoice that

Bowen Family, Its hard to know what to say. My heart aches and I never
even met Benjamin, I can't imagine how you all feel. I wished that I
lived closer, I would send dinner over. Food always seems to be
something that shows you care when you can't find the words to say.
