Hi Bowen
family I wanted to check on you guys, I am sure today had to be so
difficult and I really wish I could have been there. I am sure you had
lots of people to support you and most of all you had God's grace. As I
am trying to get my 2 1/2 yo twins to bed and I can hear them opening
the door and giggling I can't help but smile on the inside and that is
thanks to Big Ben. I certainly do hug my children tighter because of all
of you. I am also very much so a Christian and regularly attending
church and part of that is for you leading my heart in the right
direction. Thank you alot Bowen family.!! Love us and thoughts and
prayers.

Im not
sure what to say here, I am a mother of five children, and the thought
of losing any of them rips my heart out. What do you say to someone who
has lost a child, or to a child that has lost a brother? Im not sure
what comfort their would be in words, especially words of a complete
stranger. But such a beautiful child deserves words, however jumbled
they might be. My heart and prayers will be with your family, I hope
that if I am ever faced with anything so difficult that my faith will
remain as strong as yours. I want to thank you for sharing Ben's life
with all of us, and thank you for all that you have done for others. You
are a wonderful family, and God has truly blessed you. Stay Strong and
keep believing! Our Deepest Sympathies Michelle, Shawn, Devon, Ashton,
Damon, Bailee, And Madison

Dear Tom,
Jennifer and Eli, Our hearts go out to you this evening. We have kept
you and Ben in our prayers and have been kept up to date by Todd and
Carrie Bramlee. It truly is amazing to watch God work in the lives of
our children. I know the lives Ben will have touched is just beginning
to be obvious and there will be many that we will never know about. God
bless you for being willing to share this time with us. Marie

Dear Tom,
Jennifer and Eli, I just wanted you to know that you've been on my mind
and in my heart and prayers today. During a prayer Minyan this afternoon
I shared about Ben and his story...and he was included in the Kaddish
prayer. Traditionally Kaddish is said for family members after their
death, daily, for a year. However, my rabbi/teacher says that we should
say Kaddish for anyone who has touched us, anyone who we remember
throughout the day or the week....whether we knew that person, knew of
that person, etc., regardless of whether the person was a Jew. It is to
remember that as human beings we are family, and have the power to gift
& touch one another's souls deeply - and we should honor and show
gratitude for those gifts through Kaddish. So, today, I said Kaddish for
Ben - because he has touched me so deeply. Much love and blessings to
each of you. Adena

Hello, My
name is Tony Maranise. Let me first start off by saying that i am very
sorry for your loss. I know that ben was a comfort to you on so many
levels and you were a comfort to him. When i was 5 years old, I was
diagnosed with Leukemia, i had the easiest kind to treat and i survived
it. I am now 15 years old and doing very well. What i really want to say
is that i have felt first hand the pain that ben went through and i
certainly can understand the pain that you must feel from his loss. My
illness when i was 5 certainly made me a person who is now of a STRONG
christian faith and trust in Jesus. Jesus truley has a plan for everyone
and he certainly had a great plan for ben. The innocence of children
ensures that they will live with Jesus in heaven forever. I will let my
prayers continue for you, your family, for ben, for all cancer patients
and for all the Angels and Saints at St. Jude, a place and staff that i
know so well. Wonderful people who are carrying out the wonders of God.
Always In Faith, - Tony Maranise -

You
know....we look at the examples that God has given us in his word of
people who have overcome unbelievable circumstances through His
provision, protection, mercy and the list goes on. But, I have to say,
that my Bible and it's endless list of "God's faithful" isn't as
impacting and amazing in how you Tom and you Jennifer have demonstrated
a right relationship to the father to me..and Christy..and our daughter
Kensey....and the world for that matter. There is no doubt in my mind
that you would be an example worthy of being contained in God's word if
it were still written today. Our prayers for you will continue. May God
overwhelm you with his love. We have grieved and mourned with you these
past few days. We also celebrate Ben's wholeness and permanent healing
with you as well. With love and sympathy, Your friends and family in
Columbus, Alan and Christy Gianettino

Dear
Bowen Family, Words cannot adequately express my sympathy. I have never
met you but I feel so connected through our St. Jude family. There has
been so much shared on your updates that has truly changed me forever.
Your constant reminders that God is our strength in every situation
inspires me to walk even closer with my Heavenly Father. How do any of
us make it one day without his grace? I am praying for you tonight and
will continue to do so in the days ahead. Ben's journey will continue as
we all reflect on the power behind the testimony of one life lived for
the Glory of the Father. You've paid a tremendous price to bring so many
to the throne room of God. Thank you for sharing your lives so openly
with us. We can't begin to imagine your pain but we pray for God's
healing balm to pour over your spirits and for the peace that only he
can give, flood your soul. We care... Garrett Family

My heart
goes out to Ben, his passing and to his family. Someday, Lord willing,
we will all be together in heaven. Ben is no longer suffering, he's
being taken care of and will be waiting for you when you get there.
Please take comfort in knowing that. God has his reasons for everything
though we don't know why. Bless you all in your time of sorrow.

Today God
brought me to this verse and instantly I knew he was speaking of Ben.
The Lord said; "I knew you before I formed you in your mother's womb.
Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my spokesman
to the world."- Jeremiah 1:5 Big Ben you were appointed by God and you
did your job supreme. Thank you for leaving your mark on my heart.

Jennifer,
Tom, and Eli...after I left the church today, I began to think about all
the things Ben has shown us. We all seem to get caught up in ourselves,
when really we are living for God. Ben, even in this short time, has put
this back into perspective for me and I'm sure for many others who have
come to know you all. Again I want you to know that all my prayers go to
you tonight. Your family is an inspiration even in the midst of great
loss. In service, Hulse

Thankyou
for sharing your time and lifes lessons with the world. You have touched
soo many and in return may the touch I felt from the pages of your story
reflect in the work I do with others. YOur work on earth has only just
begun as a family of Gods kingdom touching the souls of brothers and
sisters who know no time lines or distance but who all in Gods time make
the true and lasting difference. Because of the stories that surround me
and inspire me , I will move forward with your story and those before
each of us and create a new page that will inspire another. Thanks for
the starting point.

Please know that my heart is heavy for you tonight and that I am here to
help in any way I can. I'll talk to you soon. Love, Mel

Just
before bed each night my boys and I read our scriptures. My youngest is
10 and tonight he said "Im just gonna open it up to the perfect
scripture.... And this is what he found: Daniel 12:3 Those who are wise
will shine as bright as the sky, and those who turn many to
righteousness will shine like stars forever. Beyond the tears that are
filling my eyes right now , I think our children are those stars and I
know that tonight beyond your tears you will see that shining star.

My
thoughts and prayers have been with you all day today. As a mother I
cannot even begin to imagine your pain, but as a christian I know that
God knows your pain, He lost a son once too. Hold each other close, love
each other as always, and remember that many people love you.
