I work
from home quite often and rarely work with the TV on. Today for some
reason I had it on while working on the computer. I hear a voice say,
"My son has a brain tumor." My head immediately jerks to the television
and I see Tom, Jennifer and Ben, the most beautiful boy I have ever seen
looking back at me through the screen. What beautiful eyes - so big, so
full of life and love. Ben, I immediately said prayers for you, mommy,
daddy and Eli. God bless each of you sweet boy. What a long and tiring
road you have been on. What lessons you have taught so many. You are in
our hearts and prayers.

and boys, I think of you many times throughout the day and say a little
prayer for you often! I'm not exactly sure what you need most from God,
but I often ask for strength, wisdom, and most of all that He would just
wrap you all up and give you comfort, His comfort, and supply whatever
it is that you need!!! I love you folks, and am honored to call you

Today is
February 3,2005 and on WSAZ news channel 3, they had an update about Ben
how he is returning home but not for a good reason. I am very sorry
about that and they also said that you can buy the bracelets at Hallmark
and I am going to go get as soon as I can. I'm only 14 but ever since I
first heard Ben's story he has been in my thoughts and prayers as is his

Bowens, I am brought to tears once again by your recent update. My heart
aches for a way to come to the rescue. No child should have to suffer.
As a believer, I know there will be many trials before we enter the
Kingdom of Heaven, but it doesn't make it any easier on this human heart
