i just
wanted to let your family know that my heart goes out to you! i'm a
single mom of 2 little boys and i could never imagine being in your
shoes we have had our share of hospital visits the worst was RSV thats
is nothing compared to your story wow as i sit here i think how greatful
i am for all i have, and how wonderful it is that you took a bad thing
and turned it into something positve by raising money for St. Jude's but
just want to let you know again best wishes go out to you and your
family.

parent of a St.Jude patient. My 18 mth. old Anne Raegan has ALL. I found
your page checking up on a friend. I have read so much about Ben and
seen his picture around the hospital.I will never forget his story and
the amazing work you have done for chidhood cancer awareness. You are

In 2 Tim.
2:7, it says, "I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I
have kept the faith. Now there is prepared for me the crown of
righteousness which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on
that day." I believe this scripture describes Ben's life perfectly. And
I believe that when Jesus received him into His arms, Jesus said to Ben,
Well done my good and faithful servant. And I also believe that when our
Heavenly Father looks at Ben's parents and brothers, He says Well done!
The example that you continue to set for all of us is beyond words!

My heart
and prayers go out to you. I am so sorry that Ben is no longer with
you...I cannot imagine the grief. As the single mother to my 5 year old
daughter, the concept is too frightening to contemplate. You are
remarkable parents, Christians, and friends. God bless you all...and may
he watch over little Eli especially in the months to come. Maddie, my
daughter, has followed Bens story with me. When I told her of Ben's
passing, her comment was one I thought I would share. She said she just
knew that Ben was having such a wonderful time playing with Jesus now
that he wasn't hurting any more. She then wanted to know if Ben liked
Mickey Mouse (being a huge Disney fan herself). I told her of Ben's trip
to Disney and how much fun he had and she said she wanted to send all of
her Disney items to Heaven so Ben would have them to play with there.
Ben is thought of and remembered by so many many people...as are each of
you. God bless you now and always. may you find peace and comfort in the

Dear
Bowen Family, I have you all in my thoughts and prayers. I have been
following BIG BEN's story since May and your faith and courage are such
an inspiration to all that have followed your precious little boy's
courageous battle with cancer. I lost my father in November to lung
cancer that had spread to his brain and that has been so devastating, I
can't imagine losing a child, my heart and prayers goes out to you. I
say a special prayer everytime I pass St. Jude and I said a prayer for
you and your family just last night as I drove past, I did not yet know
about Ben being with Jesus, God Bless you all. My husband and I have two
precious little boys and I am going to hold them especially tight in
honor of Ben. Heaven is a much brighter place now with Ben's huge smile
gracing it! I will continue to pray for you all and like you I will keep

I pray
for your family daily. I have a baby that shares your childs birthday so
I can only imagine the pain, but I do know he is now in the care of the
Greatest Healer of ALL. There is a song by Point of Grace, that comes to
mind, its called No more pain, here is a part of the chorus that has
been runing through my head for days.... There will be no more pain No
more sorrow No more waiting For illusive tomorrows My situation is
reversed of yours. I am the cancer patient and my Children and Husband
are the ones in your position. I get through each day by the Grace of
God and with the Knowledge that With God all things are possible, and I
take it one day at a time. I must pray thousands of times through the
day for strength for even the next moment. I hope your family is able to

I just
wanted to tell you i have been praying for Ben since i herd about
him!And i will never stop praying for your familly!!!! And when my mom
told me that she took care of Ben in her hospitle (St.Marys) ...my heart
was touched to here about his story!! and when she came home from work
