My heart
is breaking for you tonight. Although we know that Ben is in Heaven with
Jesus, how you must miss your sweet baby boy and how Eli must miss his
little brother. The service today was beautiful. The videos and the
music were unforgetable. The entire service was a tribute to a big hero
and most importantly it was a testimony of the grace and mercy of our
Saviour, who loves Ben more than anyone. I am praying for you to
experience peace and comfort in the midst of your sorrow. I pray for
ministering angels to surround you and give you rest and peace and
healing. I pray for Eli to be comforted and to have only good memories
of the last few months. And I pray for Ben's story to continue and for
lives to be touched through all of this. I am honored to know you both
and to be just a small part of your lives. Call me if I can do anything
for you...food, anything. I love you all dearly, Bonnie

There are
no words to express our sorrow for your family regarding the events of
this past year. How is it that we don't know what to say, and for a
solid year, you have comforted our hearts with your words, while your
heart was breaking? I believe that it shows what kind of people you are.
I was asking a friend of mine the other day--Why? Why Them? They don't
deserve it, not that anyone does, but especially not them. And she
reminded me what you have been saying for a year. None of these kind of
questions are for us to know. We don't need to know the answers, God has
a plan for all of us, and while we all ask why in different stages of
our lives, we will never know the answers in this life. I know that My
Story has been so affected by Ben's Story. So many of us have stories
that have been affected, that the world will never be the same because
of him. We are praying for you everyday, God Bless.

Hi Tom,
Jennifer, and Eli This is so very hard to write as I cry. Adam and I are
sending heartfelt hugs your way. Adam has been following Ben's story
closely & felt very connected to him. I am sorry we have not been better
about keeping in touch, but Adam has been in & out of surgeries the past
few months keeping me spinning, his tumor is still stable at the moment,
a true blessing, as he tries to attend college. Our boys have taught me
to Live Life to the fulliest, Love everyone, and give Thanks each day to
God. Please know that we have kept all of you in our Prayers. We are
comforted in knowing that God has cured Ben. cancer cannont enter
Heaven. In much love and prayers, JoeLene, Adam, and Adam's A Team

I got
this email on March 1st. What an appropriate day to have a wonderful
reminder of the power of Ben's story. I thought of Ben as I read it and
I wanted to share it with you. I hope that you like it. "Tomorrow
morning," the surgeon began, "I'll open up your heart..." "You'll find
Jesus there," the boy interrupted. The surgeon looked up, annoyed "I'll
cut your heart open," he continued, to see how much damage has been
done..." "But when you open up my heart, you'll find Jesus in there,"
said the boy. The surgeon looked to the parents, who sat quietly. "When
I see how much damage has been done, I'll sew your heart and chest back
up, and I'll plan what to do next." "But you'll find Jesus in my heart.
The Bible says He lives there. The hymns all say He lives there. You'll
find Him in my heart." The surgeon had had enough. "I'll tell you what
I'll find in your heart. I'll find damaged muscle, low blood supply, and
weakened vessels. And I'll find out if I can make you well

I am
sorry that my story got cut off! I thought I could check and make sure
it would fit before it would actually appear on the page. I will just
email it to you since I'm not sure how many more posts it would take up
to repost it. Sorry about that! You are always in my heart and in my
prayers!

Marsha
(Taylor )Carter is my sister. Donna Taylor, my mother. I only learned
today of your Ben. What a child, what a human "being" he must have been
to have so greatly affected so many in such a short time. My prayers go
out to those of you left here without his presence. I love the baby
picture of him on the 'home' page, it reminds me so much of my own son
at that age. I don't know what to say, knowing my words will never be
enough to lighten this loss for you. But please know, I wish I had known
your Ben, it's my loss not to have known him. I recently told someone
that some people are 'big spirits' & though that statement is so true it
is difficult to explain it unless you have met one of these special
people. You know it when you come across them, or rather you might say
"when they come flying into your life!" When they are happy, everyone is
happy, that would best explain what someone with 'big spirit' is. You
are sure in your heart that God Himself has touched their face. Kissed
life into their souls, Himsel

Dear Tom
and Jennifer, I had you all on my mind as I awoke this morning. I
continue to pray for your hearts. I know they are broken though I can
not imagine the extent of the pain you feel. Please know that even as
strangers Ben touched my life deeply and has certainly altered the path
myself and my family will travel. We now will travel the road to Jesus,
as this is where our hope lies. Thank you so very much for sharing your
thoughts with the world. I truly believe there is yet GREAT things to
come from Bens story and I will continue to follow your story and pray
for you all.... I am Praying for you all, May the Lord give you the
Grace you need .. Much Love and Prayers..Wendy

A roller
coaster of a year for you all. I never thought in a million years we
would be here after flu like symptoms. Ben has done amazing things in
such a short time. He earned his wings and is free. While you search for
your new normal lives. Lean on your friends, family and each other. All
you need to do is extend a hand and we are there. God bless you all and
your always in my prayers.

Who
better then to be with Ben then your Dad but his Nana who they shared

But knowing all the love waiting for you one great day in heaven is
overwhelming. They will wait for you and run to you when it is your
time. So sorry for you loss. So sorry your family is hurting. Sending

Dear Ben:
How are things in heaven? I can only imagine the joys you are
experiencing now. Are you having a good time with Hanna? I'll bet she
was happy to see you. Fianally you are enjoying the peace that such a
precious child of God deserves. And dont worry about Mommy Daddy and
Eli, just as we prayed for peace and rest for you, we are praying for
peace and rest for them. You are such an example for me Ben and now you
are getting your rewards in heaven. Your family also have been faithful
to God so one day you will be able to hold them in your arms just as God
is holding them now and give them the grand tour of their home above. We
did not know each other here on earth Ben, but in heaven you will know
me. Until them "Big Ben", thank you for being you! Love- Jenny

I can't
imagine the exhausting week you must be having and the heartache you are
feeling. I have a heavy heart and have not met your family. I am
relieved to know that Ben is no longer suffering and pray that God will
keep you safely wrapped in His arms. I treasure each day with my boys so
much more, after learning your story and thank God every day for the
blessings that we have. I look forward to receiving my Big Ben band so I
can share your story with even more friends and family. Thank you for
sharing such a personal story with the world, I hope you gain strength
from the support we all offer to your family. You are in my daily
prayers. I have learned so much from your family, I hope you continue to
share your story.

At times
like this its very difficult to say the right thing. All of our hearts
cry for what your family has gone through. The people who followed Big
Ben will never forget your son and will never forget how we all must
help to cure these horrible childhood diseases. Tom, Ben has opened alot
of eyes. I know Ben is with Hanna and Karley and all the other children
in Gods kingdom. I pray Eli's heart will heal soon. Wendys son ryan
still has a difficult time with Karley being gone, so comfort Eli and
take it one day at a time. We are all praying for your family Tom,
jennifer and eli. take care and God bless you all. with all our love

Tom and
Jennifer, I just wanted to express my sorrow over the loss of Ben. We
attended the service yesterday and I have to say NEVER have I been in a
place filled with such love. Your tribute to Ben's life was wonderful
and though attending his funeral was probably the hardest thing I have
ever done, I am glad we were able to be there for your family. It's hard
for someone to imagine how God can use the life of a little boy in such
powerful ways but we have witnessed proof that God is certainly alive
today. Your story has changed our family forever. May God's grace
continue to flow down on you. Love to you Mike and Deanna Fritsch, Haley
and Alayna Mills

Your
faith and dependence on God during this difficult time reminds us all
that in a life of uncertainties, he is the only thing certain. Ben has
changed my life and as I look at my own four year old son, I will always
be reminded what is truly important. My thoughts and prayers are with
you and your family.
