Dear
Bowens, We know that Ben is safe in the arms of Jesus, but that doesn't
ease the grief or pain you must feel. I am a member of the YFC Family
and have been living with kidney cancer for three years. My prognosis is
not good. I pray for you often and have read your updates. My wife and I
can somewhat relate to what you are experiencing, although having a
child in this situation is beyond our comprehension. Please know that
you continue to be in our prayers. Only by HIS Grace, Galen Dolby

Truly,
when Ben breathed the air of heaven for the first time, the Lord God
must have welcomed him home by saying, "Well done, my good and faithful
servant". My heart rejoices that Ben's race is over, that he fought the
good fight, and finished strong, and is now "Home Free". But, my heart
breaks with you Tom, Jennifer, and Eli in your great loss. My prayers
remain with you, and may our Lord comfort and keep you and use you
mightily in His service and love, until that glorious day when you are
reunited with your precious Big Ben.

Dear
Little Ben & Family, WV is my home state. I spent the first 17 years of
life there and still call it home. Your story came to me via an email
prayer request that I just passed on to the circle of people I know.
Before long, you'll have a new network of people praying for you. You
must be an awfully brave little boy for the Lord to use you in the
capacity He has choosen. You must also have trully amazing & brave
parents, too. We love you Ben, but more importantly Jesus loves you. We
ask God to keep his watch upon you day and night. Tender hugs & gentle
kisses, Cathy & family

Jennifer, and Eli, you are in my thoughts and prayers every single day.
I'm at work reading Ben's story, again, and I've had tears running down
my face all morning. What a beautiful little boy...I'm so happy that he
is no longer in pain and that he is now in the Lord's arms. God Bless

Tom,Jennifer, and Eli I just hope that I may provide some words of
encouragement in this day of great sorrow. Rest assured that Ben is
sitting at the feet of Jesus being cared for by Him and suffers no more
pain. I was able to attend the visitation last night and was amazed at
your total dependence on God! I am praying for you that you will be
totally surrounded by his presence. I am sorry that I am unable to
attend the funeral services today due to my having to work. Rest assured
that my thoughts and prayers are with you. I pray that He will continue
to strengthen you during this time. I love you all and want you to know
that you have blessed me in ways that words can't describe! Love,
thoughts, and prayers, Kristi

It's now
12:10 and my thoughts are of all of you at this time. I know your saying
your goodbye for now. I know you will meet Ben again someday. I know he
is one of Heavens Sweetest Angels now. I can see those bright eyes and
that big smile just running and singing with the angels. God Bless You
at this time. I have a book I want to send you in a few weeks. God Bless
you Tom, Jennifer and big brother, Eli.

I have
been in a constant state of prayer all morning. My mind stays on Eli,
Tom, and Jennifer. I thank God for Ben's story!! It is absolutely
awesome how God used and will continue to use Big Ben in this world. I
thank God for the courage and strength He has Given all in your family
to be able to share Ben with us. Thanking Him also for the peace that
passes all understanding and that He keeps you by His Grace. I will be
praying at 2:00 today for the services. Big Ben has touched our family
so incredibly. Words are not enough and never will be enough to express
what Big Ben and the Bowens family have mean't to this world. Just know
that we love you and are praying for you. Your Brother and Sister in
Christ......Believing and praying without ceasing........Ken and Dana

I share
in your sorrow, as I have lost a wonderful Christian son Jeff nearly 15
years ago. I know that when we lean on him every day, he will give us
just enough strength to get through that day. You are still in my
prayers. John

Saturday. May Gods Grace shine upon all your family. Your dad, and all.

Dearest
Bowen family, Our family has followed Ben's story for many months, and
are, like so many, heartbroken at his passing. We also are evidence,
however, of the great impact Ben had during his journey...a journey that
while short in duration, was enormous in scope. So many lives he's
touched! So many believers made stronger! His life was truly a miracle!
We think of you with much love and many prayers today and in the weeks
and months to come. Each of us will wear our BIG BEN bracelets with
pride, and will use them as a powerful witness of God's strength and
love. His Blessings for each of you forever!

Dear Tom,
Jennifer, and Eli, My heart, thoughts, and prayers are with you
everyday, but especially today. As I struggle to get through this myself
after following your story for months now, I thought I would share the
only thing I've heard that's given me any bit of comfort. My priest said
two weeks ago in church that each of our lives are like a candle
burning. And when we die, our candle is not extinguished; instead, it
continues to burn even brighter. Depending on how many other's lives
we've affected and how much pain and suffering we've endured while here
on earth affects how brightly our flame burns. It burns forever. I
thought of Ben immediately and how bright his flame will always burn--so
bright that people all over the world can see, because that's how many
people have been affected by his life. God had a big plan for Ben, so
big that I believe he specifically gave Ben to you because he knew you
had the strength to help him carry it out. If it weren't for your words
on your website, I would have never known B

I shall
honor Big Ben's life for the rest of my life through a visible sign that
I wear on my arm EVERYDAY...the blue BIG BEN band...For all Big Ben has
done for me and my family I am eternally greatful...So, I wear his band
as a constant reminder of LIFE. For that is what Big Ben gave to all of
us in this world...more life, hope, courage, and strength to face
anything that may come our way. The band is a testament to the world, a
symbol of faith, and keeps Ben's story moving on. God Bless the Bowens
and their Warrior, Big Ben. Praying for you all.. love in Christ, Ken

Sometimes
we just don't understand why things happen the way they do. If we put
our trust in God, things seem to fall into place the way they are
suppose to. I can't imagine what your family is going through during
this time. I have followed little Ben's story from the very start. My
heart and prayers go out to your family. Little Ben was truly a child of
God. He made a difference in so many lives. You must be so proud.

Dear Tom
and Jennifer. I have kept up with Ben's story through the E-Pray Global
bulletins sent out by Youth for Christ International. Ben's courage, and
your response to his illness has been an inspiration to me. I just want
to let you know that I am praying that God will give you a special
measure of His grace and comfort as you move through this difficult
time. Your brother, Larry Williams, Americas Area Director, YFCI.

here in Michigan by lighting a candle and thanking God for sending to
all of us such a fine young man. His time may have been short but he
truly will live in the memories of so very many forever.
